I borrowed 20 and they took out 54. Then when tried to log into my account.it says they don't do international. WTH.scammers.
This is not a payday loan place. First they say oh yeah we can help you then they make you buy some type of subscription and then say oh sorry we can't help you. Run. Run
Had no issues with floatme until recently. First it bank account doesn't update in real time, which hinders getting a float after you paid back the past one. Tried to reconnect my bank account again to see if that will fix the issue. Now it won't connect my account at all.
If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. I asked for a $24 refund and they refunded me $1.99. They took $24 out of my bank account and WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY SMH HORRIBLE THIEVING COMPANY
I've never used them but I just saw on my bank statement they've been charging me for months now $1.99! SEVERAL MONTHS! So check your statements if you've ever started signing up for them! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU! They're called Float Me for a reason "They'll Float Your Funds Right Out of Your Account Without You Knowing! "
I canceled my membership over two years ago, they block your account when you cancel and continue to charge you. Customer service has lied about resolving the issue three times over that time refunding me a total of two dollars out of the over 60 they have stolen from me. Beware I think legal action may be the only way out.
AWFUL company, I never even narrowed any money from them and canceled my membership and they continue to charge me. They don’t have a phone number to contact and won’t let you removed your bank info! HUGE SCAMMERS DO NOT PROCEED
Literally cancelled this app immediately and they had the nerve to charge my account after I cancelled it.
Horrible shady company has no phone number to contact over charging my account does not respond to emails reported to the BBB don't give this shady place your business
Canceled memebership but they keep charging multiple times a month and wont let you delete bank info only change it if you happen to have another account. Avoid this shady company at all cost they don't even have a phone number to contact only email that they never repond to.
