I visited floor and decor tonight for the second time and after about a hour we came across Melanie who really helped speed up the process.it was such a help to get answers to all the questions we had, will definitely be asking for her when we start our next project!

The staff was very polite and helpful with my questions especially the gentlemen at Pro Service Simon he was very patient with me I recommend the store off gulf freeway.

Wish to commend on the services I received from Solange one of the cashiers. She was knowledgeable and helped me with the purchase of my glass linear tile made on Dec 21st at the Almeda location. She helped me figure out the quantity I needed from my measurement. She was great.

Designer Savannah Williams was awesome most importantly very patient with us as search for the perfect restroom designs. I’m excited to see our project come to life!

Went to Floor & Decor Almeda (Houston, TX) on Monday, 12/30. Alfred was the gentleman who assisted me with flooring. Alfred took the time to listen to what I was looking for and understood I was doing this on my own without a contractor. Alfred suggested flooring and took care of getting me the necessary tools that I will need to complete the project. This was truly a God moment and Alfred is AWESOME! I will definitely continue to use F&D for any projects in the future. Thanks! K

Great assortment of wood flooring and tile options. Love the multitude of kitchen and bath backsplash options. Could spend hours in this store going over choices of colors and textures available.

Robert is the BEST! He’s helped us the past several days with a large remodel project and has been very knowledgeable and helpful with all products. He’s also very friendly, polite and personable. Thank you, Robert!

My husband and I always have a great experience here! The staff is always friendly and helpful, but I have to highlight one individual who is always CONSISTENT in his job. Horace is so helpful and friendly. I was by myself and had my two children in a stroller while also needing to get supplies for a project. He saw me and started helping me by loading up the materials, helping me at checkout, and loading up my suv. Had a wonderful experience and will be back.

This location is smaller than Cypress location but the service is much faster. I only waited 15 mins to pickup a pallet worth of materials compared to almost one hr wait at Cypress location

Sales team is excellent, but once you’re on the other side of the sale, things break down pretty quickly. Customer service is awful.

Update: as promised, the manager did call to follow up. He listened to my concerns and thanked me for my feedback. They do have a good selection, so I may give them another shot at some point.

Robert McDonald assisted me while in store. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable about the different products to better assist me in making a decision that fit my needs.

Robert McDonald was very professional & helpful with assisting my sister in picking out tile flooring for her home. He took the time to explain the difference between porcelain & ceramic tile in a way we understood. He advised to take home samples to see which one really worked for her needs. He answered all questions. Thank you, Robert you made our experience less stressful.

Can always get what I'm looking for. Just finished decor for 2nd bathroom. Lot better pricing than other retail store. Prices better, products selection lots more to choose from.

Great costumer service, almost 3 people asked us if we were ok, if your looking for a floor, or if your gonna dress a fireplace with a stone, this is were you need to go.

Mr Ronnie is AWESOME.hands down best person in this place.
So much product he was able to narrow down my needs and get me exactly what i wanted.

He just KNEW EVERYTHING!
Even the manager [i asume in the black vest] just looked at us without greeting. Maybe he had more important things to do.
But Mr Ronnie had a welcoming attitude that makes me want to come back.
He needs a raise or big screen tv lol.
We decided with vinyl measow ash brown!

Worst customer service.

The employees are not properly trained to handle the work. Wasted 2 hours of my telling me that it will take them about 20 min to fulfill my order. But still nothing.
