First time at floor & decor, Alyse was very helpful! She was sooooooo nice! Will come back soon!

I had to go to the Humble store because the I 45 store didn't have what I wanted. Thank God I did Bryan, from Wood was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, Professional, and more than willing to help. All your employees should act like this man. Customer service is his first priority!
I went from aggravated to very pleased.
Another plus was the cleanliness and organized appearance of this store! Thanks again Bryan for all your hard work!

Not pleased. I was so excited to choose our new flooring. We went to the area we wanted to choose from and we chose one we loved. After searching for someone to help us they said it was no longer available. We chose another and had to find someone to help again and it was also unavailable. We chose another and I had to once again search for help and it was unavailable. I tried one more time and guess what? Yep, unavailable. Not one product had a sign indicating this. No one that helped us seemed to enthusiastic about us being there anyway. No one said sorry, could I help you find something else, etc.with a straight face just said it was unavailable. Not very good customer service at all. They could not have cared less. I felt I was bothering them every time I needed help. (Also, I waited a few days to write this thinking I was just upset in the moment but it was bad enough I am still feeling that way.)

We went to the Humble store looking for a new laminate flooring. Mariel helped us find exactly what we needed and she did a fantastic job! The Humble location didn't have everything we needed so she called around to several other stores and was able to track down what we needed. I wouldn't hesitate going back to this location and if you're looking for someone to help you, ask for Mariel!

Definitely this is one of the best floor and decor branch we have visited. Everyone was very helpful and ready to help. The manager was very engaged with customers. We both some supplies and also we returned some supplies with them that we ended up not using and they took their time to make sure everything would go correctly with our refunds. Keep up the good work guys. We would be avoiding the 1960/45 location now for sure. God Bless

Collin Waters was super helpful. He help save me a lot of money by showing me the “open items” section. Found 4 bags of exactly what I need, and without asking, he helped load it onto my cart, and eventually loaded it in my car. I have a herniated disc so his politeness and willingness to help me was perfect timing. Good job Collin, keep up the good work!

Colin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping with our grout selection. As simple as we thought it’d be that unfortunately wasn’t the case. Colin helped explain the differences between grout selections and provided us with recommendations for installation.

The designer was very helpful and ruled out a couple ideas we had because they wouldn't have worked together.
Overall, very happy with our purchase!

Floor and Decor has a great selection at very reasonable prices. There are lots of different styles for all different tastes. But by far, the best part of the experience was our designer! Latarsha at the Humble store helped us so much and helped us to feel confident in our design decisions. She was awesome! Would recommend without hesitation!

Ms. Latarsha Velcher was very professional and
with outstanding customer service in helping me coordinate tiles that will look well in my house. She took the time to answer my questions, provided expert knowledge in the color and style selection for my floor, counter top and backsplash. More so, she set me up with a contractor for actual measurements and installation. Her depth of knowledge, experience, customer service and professionalism was second to none. I strongly recommend her to everyone. Bravo Zulu!

L really didn’t know how l was going to tackle this big job of remodeling my house. I was at a total lost, (l don’t think y’all heard me) total lost. Then came K. C and the sunshine band. Yes KC and the sunshine band, sunshine for the smile and band is the knowledge she had to get me started on such and task. I will keep y’all posted as we navigate our way to teaming up as customer and specialist to create something special at Floor decor.

Josh at floor and decor Humble was extremely professional and is an asset to this store. The store itself is very clean and organized. Thank u to the manager Cinthia for being professional as well. We had no clue what we were doing or looking for and josh made it stress free and fast. Thanks again!

Great customer service at Floor and Decor. I called to ask an employee about a product. Ji'Ques went and searched the store for the product I described. Above and beyond service. I was able to get the information I needed for a product I didn't even know the name or brand of. Thank you!
