Drove 3 hrs from San Antonio with my 8 kids to arrive at the store to find out my online order could not be found anywhere. Theresa and Ashari searched high and low, called every store that had it in stock to see if it could be shipped directly to us, tried to help match a vinyl option instead and ultimately these two saved the day. They had the absolute BEST customer service I have ever experienced. My husband is a Veteran who has severe PTSD and normally he would have been triggered by this situation but these ladies came through and didn’t stop til there was a solution. I appreciate you both more than words could ever express. Floor & Decor GIVE THESE LADIES A RAISE! They MORE than deserve it! Once again, THANK YOU LADIES!

This morning I worked with a young lady named Mona! She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the process and products! Although I had an idea of what I wanted, she encouraged me to compare looks! Glad she did because I ended up changing my mind on the shower floor! I would highly recommend you work with Mona as she definitely knows what she’s doing!

Hey, I came in to get some tile flooring and I have excellent customer service from Mark-Anthony. It took me no later then 30 minutes to get everything. I just wanted to say that y’all have a great, awesome, and wonderful associate on y’all hands.

I have been waiting for my order for over three weeks. Every time I call or go to the store for updates someone says something different. Awful customer service. I asked to speak with the manager today and he/she didn’t even bother answering.

There were tons of choices to help with choosing flooring. I like that the employees didn't annoy me while I took a look at the various choices. The store is very clean and well stocked. The displays are also inviting! I was very impressed!

I been there a couple times, and they got an a rude lady who's on the phone while she got people waiting to pick up their materials.
I hope they can improve the workers in curbside and pick up area.

I had an awesome experience working with Mona Rahman in the design center! She was very patient and knowledgeable. She met with me numerous time and had a great eye and was good about letting me choose but also providing her input and not jus going with whatever I picked. Jeremy Buck and Taylor were amazing! Helped me hand load all my flooring when I broke my tailgate handle and couldn’t open my tailgate! They definitely went the extra mile!

First time being at this location. Went for a pick up. First one on the list for 2 box of marble tiles. Waited over 25 mins when I could’ve probably went in there and grabbed it myself. Very poor service especially when you got guys standing around talking. Stood at the loading door and watched them the whole time.
