NO ONE WITH F & D DID ANYTHING TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM WHEN MY online order got messed up. What I ordered was suppose to be in my local store but was not. They had to get product from another store 150 miles away.

I called their toll free customer service 3 x concerning my order and each time it took over 20 minutes for someone to pick up. I spent at least another hour on the phone with customer service. I asked for a 10% discount for my time and trouble and got nothing. Nice store, very bad customer service. Tired of corporate greed and lack of customer satisfaction and care. I will take my business elsewhere. Nice generic, impersonal response via auto email. The sender did not even have a name. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will find somewhere else to shop. Typical corporate customer service.

I picked up my order at floor & decor and was greated by helpful employee. Angelica was very helpful and communicative. Had a great experience at 20502 Hempstead location.

I went and picked up an order today, Angelica helped me out since its my first time at Floor & Decor. She was very helpful and such a sweetheart, it made the whole pickup process easy. Definitely coming back again!

Horrible service, a lady named Angelica treated me. I could write all the bad things that happen to the pro service, the worst of all the stores, nobody is there and they don't help. Very organized good service especially Josh in the loading department he is the best! Always welling to help no matter how super busy he is he even cut off his break time to help customers!
Had one issue with the shipping company that not been resolved yet. Third party shipping need to do better and keep delivery on time!

1st time customer. Ordered everything online in the evening, it was ready early the next morning. The employees were readily available for help or questions and the service was spot-on. The prices were very reasonable.

I do want to send my appreciation to Dani, who made a lot easier for me in the way to solve all my problems related to a purchase

Love the store.however if you are spending over 5k I feel they should do free delivery especially if is literally 5 miles away! Not only that delivery eta is 10 days!

Ramiro came to my job site because I was having issues with a grout and he helped me make a claim. I am not tech savvy but thanks to him I am being taken care of. Thank you Ramiro

I went to Sugar Land location because I always deal with Ramiro at Pro. I saw him once again at the Cypress location and to my surprise he is now a manager which is long overdue and I met Jennifer. Those two are an amazing duo. I will come back to floor and decor but this time at Cypress.

I haven’t shopped in floor and decor in 2 years due to unpleasant times a other locations. Ramiro the manager at cypress called me to come in. He gave me a tour and I am delighted with his expertise and also his welcoming attitude. I will start shopping again and avoid Home Depot just because Ramiro made me feel like a VIP and his attitude is just amazing. Cypress location will be the one I’m going to from now on.
