Lots of products. Knowledgeable staff. Great decorating staff. I was so confused about backsplashes. Angela did a great job letting me choose and guiding me from there.

I drove to Arlington because that was the only location that had a particular LVP that has been discontinued. The salesperson/cashier was extremely helpful along with the manager Will and the young man that loaded my vehicle. It was well worth the drive.

I was needing help with baseboards and transitions for flooring. Carlos and Louis were there to help me, measure, calculate, cut, load up in my car. They were very helpful and I am super grateful for all their help. Thank you!

Great service and good selection of tiles and floors. We bought two bathroom sinks and they were too tall so we took them back for return. The return was easy and quick with the receipt.

Want to give a big shout out to Luis in this Grand Prairie facility for being such an amazing worker.
He left his task behind to help us out with all our back splash project needs.
We were able to get everything without having to walk the entire store back and forward.
Not to mention that our tile was at the bottom shelf and he had to get on his knees and really stretch for the boxes we needed and didn’t complaint about it and offered assistance to put it in our truck.
He was very courteous and in a very good mood. We love shopping with this king of help.
You all need to ask for tLuis if you want to make it out in minutes.

I have attempted very few remodeling jobs. The designer service was invaluable. Alexis answered my many questions. Then she put together the order with all the supplies I needed. Networking with Installation Made Easy was very helpful. Their contractor did a great job, and my mind was at ease that I wouldn’t have a botched job, or someone that did only half the job. VERY happy!

I had an excellent buying experience today thanks to Michael T, a store associate. I am usually very critical of service received at various retail stores. However, today, I was surprised in a good way. As I entered the store and found the tile that I wanted, Michael walked up and insisted on loading my cart by himself. He then asked if I needed anything else, then walked me to the register, rang me up, and then helped me load the tile on my truck. He did it all and was very courteous and professional. I think he is store manager material. Excellent work, Michael!

As a home builder you look for a reliable and trustworthy flooring and tile store.

I’ve been shopping with floor decor for 4 years now over 100k+ in purchases and just today they told me I couldn’t return my left over vinyl plank because it had a little bit of overspray.

They were more worried over 4 boxes than keeping our business.

So please don’t shop at this location.

Went to the Arlington location of Floor and Decor to visit with someone on their design team about tile to redo my master bath. I had been looking and just didn't really know what I wanted. The design person wasn't in, but they sent Sarah to help us. She was phenomenal. She had previously worked in the tile department, so she was very familiar with all the different patterns, as well as the accessories that went with the various tiles. She spent plenty of time with us and was extremely patient. I ended up choosing the perfect tile, I think.tile I never would have thought of if she hadn't shown it to me along with the accent pieces to go with it. Thank you, Sarah, for taking such good care of us!

This store has a lot more inventory and types of tiles than the store in Plano, Texas. I particularly appreciated Luis who was willing to save us 5 boxes of the backsplash tiles which was not available in the Plano store for a long period of time. Although the travel is longer for me, but it was worthwhile to go out there to get what I wanted. Thank you, Luis.

I came to the store to return items I had purchased earlier, and to get the correct ones. When I entered the store, the staff came to assist me. He took time educating me about the material I needed.
