Hiring this company was a mistake. We hired them for a flooring job and they were unprofessional in their prepping, installation, staining and communication. We had to hire a new company to start over. Please research for a licensed, certified, and professional flooring installer when looking for a flooring company. One that focuses on quality, integrity and their customers.

Previously bought engineered wood floor. After approx 7+ years, the floor is still great and still receives compliments. Have gone back to these folks for repairs after plumbing issues.

My experience with Floor N More was extremely unsatisfactory. I first hired them to install wood floors on the stairs and the upstairs and to closely match the stain of the existing downstairs floor. The downstairs floor is engineered wood, so an exact match was not expected; however, not only did they pick a stain without my approval, but the stain was not even close to a decent match. I was not given options to pick from. I reached out to the owner to address the issue. After much back and forth, no resolution was reached. The lack of professionalism on his part led to me no longer trusting him or his company. After analyzing the floor installation I noticed it was not performed to specification, which led to hiring a professional licensed, and certified flooring inspector. The inspector concluded that Floor N More's wood floor installation methods were out of specification, the quality of materials used was inferior, and the prep work was unprofessional. Among many of the issues observed, it was also noted that the stain was not applied appropriately, and there was no preparation for the subfloor after they removed the carpet resulting in the wood floor being out of level throughout the installation. Wood was lifting off the subfloor from wood and debris that was glued over. They never removed the carpet tack strips from the stairs and installed the risers on top of them. The wood flooring contained several obvious unsightly issues such as tool filings, knot holes filled with epoxy, and insect holes. Nothing was salvageable. We had to pay for a complete teardown and replacement of the wood floors they installed. The owner of Floor N More stated that we were trying to keep the floor for free. However, I have allowed him to pick up his floor, which still sits in a pile on our property. I gained nothing from this and nothing was free. I've spent more money in the process. I would never recommend Floor N More to anyone, especially a friend or family member.

The flooring contractor I hired repaired a section of damaged tiles in my kitchen. They seamlessly replaced the tiles, and you can't even tell they were replaced.

We've used these guys for a few years. Their tile and wood crews are fabulous. Ulysses takes great care of you through the entire process. Love love them!

A Picture is worth a thousand Words. In this case I'm glad I have pictures because of the unbelievable experience I just went through with this Flooring company. Floor n More of Southlake, TX were hired 2 months ago to complete a solid wood flooring job that included removal of ceramic tile in walk areas, removal and reinstall of baseboards after lacing solid wood flooring with existing wood floors, sanding down, scraping, and refinishing entire flooring. THESE GUYS DESTROYED MY HOME. It's 2 months later and I'm still trying to put my home back together. Due to the poor job that was done I'm now at a loss due will incur expenses that will exceed $9k in order to correct the damage that was done by this company. I've decided to list the items:
1. Unfinished floor due to unresolved Repair in the Center of Family room. 2. Cut the bottom of my Exterior Solid Wood door.and covered with a plastic door sweep to cover it up.
3. Cut Exterior Garage Door 4. Built makeshift Door Thresholds that has weather exposed plywood causing the loss of energy efficiency in my home. 5. Damaged to Kitchen Cabinets
6. Left ceramic Tile behind during the Demo of Existing Tile
7. Damaged Dishwasher 8. Requirement of Air Ducts to be cleaned due to Cutting in the home after stating that cutting would not be done in the home. 9. Failed to Remove Baseboards (according to Contract) and left me no choice but to use quarter round in my entire home to cover up their mess. 10. Left Trash and debris imbedded in the finish of the floor 11. Several gaps and separation lacking wood filler. And if this wasn't enough. The lack of respect and professionalism was demonstrated when each day the crew decided to:
1. Drink items out of my Refrigerator without permission
2. Leave trash and debris inside and outside of the home
3. Decided to drink Beer in the front of my home and dispose of the Beer tops in my yard and sidewalk. 4. And the most disrespectful thing was the Spitting of Sunflower seeds in the home.
When discussed with Owner Mike, he initially indicated that he'd told the guys not to drink beer on the job before and how the Lead guy Israel didn't drink and wouldn't want them to. After many conversations with Mike about the unfinished floor (of which I had allowed his crew an additional week and 3 attempts to fix), and the amount of damage that was caused I told him I going to have other Flooring specialists come in to advise what could be done to fix everything and complete job. Mike began to change his stance. He started to make excuses for his crew despite my photos that justifies everything that I shared. He started saying well some people have told the crew to help themselves to anything they want and that maybe the reason they drank out of your fridge. He stated that the crew said I was very nice and seemed to be pleased with the job. Regarding the unfinished repair, He even went as far as to start separating himself from his own crew saying that I didn't give him a chance to complete the repair but instead talked to the crew without him. Mike is now refusing take responsibility for anything and demanding that I give him another opportunity to come in my home with the same crew who took nothing but shortcuts the entire time (not removing baseboards, cutting in the home, not cleaning floor before applying finish, not covering up kitchen cabinets even after a thorough discussion about it, cutting Exterior doors even though his own Contract states that they would not do so, making a makeshift door threshold instead of buying the one made for wood floor conversions, and trying to patchwork the floor instead of repairing it the correct way). I've had 3 professional flooring companies come out to access the damage and advise on the proper way to repair my floor and doors and the costs thus far will exceed 9K. Of course Mike states he bears no responsibility and continues to now shift the blame on me the Customer stating that I'm refusing to allow him back in my home to repair the floor even though his proposed approach for the solution are more shortcuts. I don't write reviews often, but over the years I had such a pleasant experience with Floor N More Southlake, I live in Keller TX. Very professional and always helpful. Nobody has better pricing, selections and such great customer care. This is my 3rd time, last 2 I did renovations, this time it was emergency after flooding and I knew exactly where to go. Stressful dealing with other constructors in a hurry to have stuff done, they made this experience really easy and pleasant.
