FloorCo. Surplus had the perfect light gray floating vinyl planks for our 1865 sqft.house. We had 25 cracked tile runs through our brand-new house on Bonham off Midway, known for its fault zone. Josh gave us a list of installers and we picked Cox's Flooring.
"Bubba" and his family crew of 5 came in within a week and completed the job in 3 days, moving all the furniture, undercutting the fireplace rock and island rock, as well as all doorways and hardly made any dust. They kept the house clean and livable through the whole project. We got lucky he was available between a couple of big jobs and didn't have to wait. Highly recommend - 5 Stars also.
We love our new floor, and it solved our crack tile problem. Warning: the builder is still laying tile over the concrete without a slip coat in this area.
My next-door neighbors also have cracked tiles. The floating vinyl plank floor overlay is the only solution that doesn't require a full demolition of the existing tile floor. It was costly, but we have a great looking floor, and the cats love it too.

I just purchased another load of flooring for a large project in our home. We bought flooring from FloorCo last year for a large project then and couldn't be happier. Shane and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I went looking for flooring for our kitchen project and we came back here because of the customer service and pricing. Now, if they would just unload and install this all for me.

Just wanted to say what an amazing lady who helped me with my shower project. She was very helpful and got me everything I needed. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I will be going back for the rest of my flooring needs.

Floor Co is who we have decided to go with for a couple of things. We have been pricing flooring as well as the install of flooring for a couple of years now. We found out flooring that's we have fallen in love with. Then to not they had a list of installers to call and get prices to do the install. My husband has been checking with quite a few installers and their prices. One of the gentleman that FloorCo recommended is very reasonable and we will be using him as well. The gentleman that we have been working with at FloorCo are very personable, and knowledgeable of the products that they are carrying. My husband and I are very happy with the service that we are getting from the people working at floor co surplus.
