Carlos was so helpful. He was able to expedite the whole process. The installers were on time. They new what they were doing and got my carpet installed efficiently and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend Floors for Living in Missouri City.

All the right things were said, and Carlos was patient as we looked for the perfect tile flooring to fit our home. Carlos explained that we would discuss the plan of room completion with the installer when they arrived. He also stated that we would need four days to complete our installation mentioning the 300sq ft per day installation cap. My experience was great until it came time for the installation to occur. The Friday before our scheduled installation start date, we received a call that the installer would call us between 8am - 10am Monday. I rearranged my schedule so I could receive the call and oversee the start of the project before moving out of the way to allow the work to be done. I looked up at the clock between house tasks and realized it was almost 10am, and I had not heard from anyone. I remember Carlos saying that if the installers didn't show up on time and I had not heard from them, give him a call. When I called him, he told me that it wasn't 10am yet, at 9: 57am, and that things happen, but he would check into it and let me know. I then received a call saying I should hear from the installer soon and, if they didn't contact me in 15 or 30 minutes, to let him know. I messaged Carlos at 11: 13am, informing him that I had received no call nor had anyone shown up at my home yet. He messaged me back, saying that the installer was 10 minutes away. Finally, the installer showed up with, possibly, his significant other at 11: 55am. Although very nice, they were just as lost about the situation as I was. It was concerning that they did not know where my tile was supposed to be installed nor how it was to be installed, but we could not communicate with each other due to their limited English and my limited Spanish. I then went to call Carlos and realized that I had received a message from the installer via WhatsApp around 10: 30am notifying me of his arrival at 11: 30am. It caught me off guard as I do not conduct business through WhatsApp, nor have I contacted anyone from this company on the platform. Carlos responded to my concern by saying, "Not sure how they'd contact you that way but do apologize. " The installer started working, and I walked down the hall to grab a jacket as it was getting cold, with the door open for access to material, tools, and power to set everything up. The installer then called for me to check his initial work before proceeding. He had completed 1/3 of our approximately 100sq ft room. Unfortunately, the long tile was laid in the wrong direction. He nicely started pulling up the tile to lay it back down correctly. This was unexpected since I had to sign paperwork stating the direction I preferred to have the tile I purchased installed. I called Carlos again, but he was no longer kind stating that it was his day off. I mentioned calling the store and was told he'd call the installation manager to see if he could call me. BUYER BEWARE: Once they have your money there's NO customer service and that is a Lifetime Warranty Nightmare

Joseph was amazing. Very diligent and thorough, asked detailed questions and demonstrated a customer service style that is unparalleled.
The team was timely and installed the product I wanted to exactly match other flooring. I did luxury vinyl plank and the installers were extremely thorough, paying close attention to laying it out to match the house and make easy transitions.

Had a great time working with Joseph. He helped a lot through the vetting process and even picked the perfect grout color at the end. The crew they sent was amazing. Worked diligently and safely. They helped me wrap the cabinets in plastic sheets which made the post-install cleanup very quick.
The salesman was patient and the crew was very professional. Gotta love it when it all makes sense. Even the dogs like the new floors.

I purchased luxury vinyl flooring from the Missouri City Floors for Living Store, and I LOVE it. The manager, Carlos Gonzalez, was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to insure that the job was done to my satisfaction and followed up with me after the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied. The crew that installed my flooring was friendly and always on time, and worked a full day to make sure the job was completed as promised.

I had bought flooring for my whole upstairs remodel at the Pasadena store Floors for Living. A couple of months later after the install, I needed more boxes for the finished remodel. So when I tried calling my salesperson, he would never return my calls. When I asked for assistance from the store person who was there, all he could say was he would forward my info to the same sales person who would never call me back. So out of frustration I contacted Carlos Gonzales at Floors for Living in Missouri City and within 20 minutes he had me all set and the order was placed. Thank you for your help Carlos Gonzalez when no one would help me. Your Awesome!

Overall, I would rate The Floors For Living experience as 4.5 stars. We visited the store and was immediately greeted by Joseph Aymes. He presented as professional yet friendly. He asked leading questions to assess our flooring needs. The recommendations were on point for what we thought we wanted and he provided additional product options to consider. We left the store with a good feeling about what we learned from Joseph about their products and services. After reviewing all the preliminary estimates the decision was made to go with FFL. After Joseph came out to measure, we were given a final quote that fit within the budget. We were on the FFL install schedule within a week of finalizing the paperwork. They sent an experienced team to perform the work and from what I can tell they did a good job. Joseph followed up with us to ensure everything was ok throughout the process.
The only negative is payment in full is required prior to start of the work. Also, although they assisted in moving furniture/appliances out of the room, due to the amount of dust that would be generated during demo of existing tile floors WE had to do the covering of cabinetry with plastic and put up plastic sheeting in the doorways to the adjacent rooms where flooring was not being replaced. Again, I give them a 4.5 stars. I am a satisfied customer and appreciate the customer service provided by Joseph Aymes.

Floors for Living is absolutely amazing! The service is top notch and the staff is just as wonderful and welcoming.

I was on a tight time limit to have my floors replaced in my home due to a flood which occurred. After calling the customer service line, my information was passed to Carlos Gonzalez and he contacted me to inquire on what I wanted and needed. We scheduled an appointment and Carlos came to my home to get an idea of what was needed, he was extremely thoughtful and thorough. I was invited to come to the showroom in Missouri City to compare flooring and see what I liked. On the same day a decision was made to install my flooring and to update my stairs. The following week a date was set for the installation.

The entire process and experience of working with Carlos was seamless and I would recommend anyone who is looking to have new flooring installed or even if you are looking to replace and freshen up your home’s appearance; call the Missouri City store and ask for Carlos Gonzalez! He is exceptional!

I can’t say enough of how satisfied I am with the customer service as well as service I received from Carlos with Floors For living. From the first day I went in and discussed what I was looking for all the way through the final installation. Carlos answered every question guiding me throughout the process, and I cannot be more happier with the outcome. When I complete my upstairs bedrooms, I will be going back to Carlos for those bedrooms to be completed because I strive on customer service and all I can say is that this was a plus service.

Great experience working with Carlos. Professional install crew did wonderful job connecting new product to matching previous flooring we already had in place. Free floor cleaning fluid for 10 years isn't bad either!

This store in Missouri City in Texas has excellent collection of floorings, carpet and tiles. The displays are very well organized. In addition, Store Manager Carlos Gonzales and Sales Rep Joseph Ahmes took care of me perfectly. They understood my needs and found what I was looking for. They are great in delivery and post delivery follow ups. Thanks for taking care of me when I was in the store and needed attention. Much appreciated Carlos.
