We purchased LVT from them in 2022. It was sold as indestructible and guaranteed for 50 years. In Oct 2023 I report a couple of tiles that were damaged and needed repair. Many many phone calls and messages left and they never call back. Finally went to the store and was scheduled for repair. The repairmen came to the house just before Thanksgiving and said the tile was installed without a vapor barrier and it would be a bigger issue. He was going to report it to the store and they would call me back. They never called me back. After me calling them 4 times in a month I am finally told there is a claim pending with the manufacturer. Since they never call me back, I doubt they are telling me the truth. It has been two months, you don’t bother to return phone calls and nothing has been repaired. Do you stand behind your products or not?

Floors definitely offers the best warranties on the market uses the best in house installers that are experts in their fields. Very fast installations. I would use them and that’s a no brainer.

So happy with our new carpet! I couldn’t decide between vinyl flooring and carpet - so Matthew provided lots of options for each. Once I decided (thanks Matthew for your patience) installation was scheduled quickly! Getting the new carpet in was a breeze - they even moved the furniture! Ricardo made sure I was pleased with the install, returned all the furniture to its right place, and took every bit of the old carpet and padding with him. I’m looking forward to changing the flooring in another area of the house in a few months, and will definitely return to Floors For Living Cypress.

Matthew Carter took great care of me to get exactly when I want it. The install guys were extremely professional and did a great job. This is the second job they have done for me and I will be going back to them to finish the last few rooms I have.

I was shopping around for carpeting and had a difficult time getting quotes from other stores. I walked into Floors for Living and met with Steven. He was able to provide a quote on the spot and came out to my home the same day to measure and place the order.

The installation crew arrived on time and worked diligently and cleanly until the job was completed.

I am happy with our experience and would recommend Steven and his team for flooring projects.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY! We had them install carpet & tile. I’m so glad we decided to go with them. Our sales rep “Matt”, I believe his name was, good looking guy with the beard lol, was not at all pushy and never made us feel pressured. Highly recommend.

They have installed tile, carpeting, and just recently, a backsplash in our kitchen! We love all of it! Their prices are very fair, most of their work has a lifetime warranty with it, they do quality work, and Matt Carter communicated frequently/promptly to make sure we were happy with the work. This photo shows the tile they put in our kitchen area and the new backsplash they recently installed. Definitely recommend.

Steve at this location was very helpful and respectful towards my wants and needs for my flooring project. He was very knowledgeable and patient to help me find the perfect floors for my house!
