Floors for Living is the best place to shop if you’re looking to replace or put down new flooring. Austin is so knowledgeable about his products and willing to share information about them. Pricing is better than any other place. Very competitive. And the best thing about purchasing at Floors for living is the delivery deal. They delivered my floor products over 300 miles for a very reasonable rate.

Austin and his team went above and beyond. They were constantly in communication with me, and I never felt left out of the process. They made finding the perfect carpet easy. They explained everything in detail and guaranteed their work. Even if I had a small question, they would take the time to answer it day or night. There is no other place I’d rather buy floors from.

I visited several floor stores over the past month. Some failed to provide follow up or accurate information. Austin at the Floors for Living Katy Texmati Drive store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He exceeded my expectations by picking up and delivering my floors so I would not miss work after we found out that there was a delay and repair needed for the delivery truck. Who provides excellent support and delivers in a pinch… nobody but Super Austin…. Check him out…. His customer service and knowledge of flooring is impressive.

Looking for the six Star button, long read but a lot of information From the moment we walked into the showroom, I knew my wife and I would have a pleasant experience. Austin and his staff were extremely friendly and professional. Austin explained the difference between type of floors and attempted to stay within our price range. Austin provided samples that were economical and samples that were on the high end luxury. There was no pressure during the entire visit. Austin allowed us to take two different sets of samples homes and he came out the following day to conduct the actual measurements for an arcuate quote. Austin encouraged us to get outside quotes against his. I did get a big label company to come out and it was a bad experience as the salesman wanted an answer after the measurement and quote given. I of course did not got with said big label company. Austin secured my installation date and i signed the contract. The crew arrived on the date and time scheduled. I apologize for not remembering their names but they pulled up in a Beige Van. This crew was PHENOMENAL, as the hit the ground running and worked nonstop. My wife believes they never took a lunch break and the completed roughly 1500 sq feet of carpet & pad removal, moving furniture and placing new pad and carpet all in ONE DAY. They vacuumed clean, swept the bottom of my stair area and took all old pad & carpet. Once I find out their names, I will update this review as they need to be recognized. I believe this is the place you need to buy your next floor or carpet from. I seriously doubt you will be disappointed with their product or service, especially Austin in sales. Be sure to come out to Floor for Living in Katy by Katy Mills Mall and definitely ask for Austin

Great service and selection. We had a wonderful sales person Austin Gustafson who had helped us many times with our flooring needs. We used them both personally and for our business. The floors were professionally installed.

My experience with Floors for Living was excellent from beginning to end.
Starting with my salesman, Austin, who also happens to be the Store Manager. He assisted us in selecting
a couple of samples of different floors for my home. It's the first time I've done this but he was great at educating me on the different flooring selections they had to offer. Then Jose & his team, who were the ones installing our flooring, did an excellent job! They were efficient, friendly and speedy guys. My upstairs and downstairs were done in about 3-4 days. I definitely will recommend them to family &
friends!

I recently had my living and dining room floors replaced with vinyl flooring from Floors for Living and had the pleasure of working with Austin at the Katy Mills location. Austin was very professional and accommodating as he worked with me to ensure I was happy with my flooring selection and received all discounts being offered for the current promotion they were having. On installation day, the installers arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were also very professional and did a fantastic job on my floors, completing the entire job the same day. Excellent work and installation for (3) bedrooms and (1) bathroom; which included removing tile was completed in a day.
