FLOSS Dental - Magnolia, TX

My husband and I recently moved back to Texas from Tennessee and we were in need of a new dentist. I am pretty weary of some dental offices as I’ve had a few bad experiences so my sweet husband offered to go to FLOSS Dental first and let me know how he liked it. When he got home he was speaking so highly of the office and the people who work there that I decided to give it a try. When I walked in the first thing I noticed is how nice and clean the front office was which I appreciated. The front desk ladies were very nice and the dental assistant who walked me back was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as she was doing them. Everyone at FLOSS Dental is so nice including the dr (I saw the wife). I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of a new dentist!

The staff is very helpful and friendly, & everyone really works together as a team. I had multiple extractions done and even with my high anxiety, I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Castillo was very kind and calming and I hope to become a regular patient.

Best dental experience by far.

I had the WORST anxiety about going to the dentist so I did not go for years. A few months ago I got an infected tooth and was forced to find somewhere. I went to floss dental after reading good reviews.
I can now say from personal experience that those reviews were nothing compared to the actual experience.

I ended up needing a root canal, a tooth extraction (I was sent to an oral surgeon because Dr. Castillo noticed a small cyst in my gums on my X-rays, which takes a very skilled dentist to identify, it is often missed), a full deep gum cleaning, and a filling.

Over the last couple of months I have been going in for sessions to get this work done and had my last appointment on Wednesday. IT IS FINALLY DONE! (Now kicking myself for letting it get that bad because the experience was not half as bad as I had made it out to be in my head.)
I can not say enough how exceptional and efficient the whole staff was. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and great at their job.

This coming from someone who avoided the dentist for a solid 5 years after multiple bad experiences……

This was our first time visiting and the staff was so nice and wonderful. The dr was in and out way too fast. I know they were short handed but it felt like she was talking 100 miles per hour. I had to bump in her sentence to ask a few questions. Hopefully it will be better next time.

I am a new customer and my experience was excellent. The office staff is very friendly and helpful even prior to your first visit. Dr. Castillo and her staff was very professional, friendly and honestly Dr. Castillo was the most in-depth And thoroughly explaining everything. Thank you.

Came in because a crown had come off one of my molars. Staff was friendly and everything was really quick in getting me checked out and making sure everything was good. I plan to go back for a regular check-up.

This was my first appointment. First impressions mean a great deal to me. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. From the receptionist to the dentist. Would definitely recommend and return.

Dr. Castillo and Dr. Tran are awesome. I keep coming here even though I don't live in the area. I've been coming here for the past 2 years for dental cleanings, for a crown and just today I went to get my molars removed. I can honestly say they know what they are doing and I couldn't believe how fast and painless the extractions were.

Dr. Tran and his team are AMAZING! I originally found their office on Groupon, but they're definitely my new dentist and I'm a tough critic. You can also call their office and they will match the Groupon price.

I have NEVER met such caring, compassionate, and immensely competent people as I have with each person.not one or two but every single one in this office. If you are looking for a dentist, I am very certain you won’t find better.

I had my first appointment today and was very happy. Dr. Tran and his staff were friendly and took their time to explain my treatment plan and financing options. I will definitely refer my family and friends.

My son needed a filling for the 1st time and Dr. Tran and his staff were amazing and attentive. We had an excellent experience.

Floss dental squeezed me in to replace a cracked crown. The office was extremely busy but everyone was very nice. I have found my new Dentist!

The staff at Floss Dental is extremely nice non-judgmental. They strive to give you the best care and that is exactly what Dr. Castillo does! I now have the best dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Castillo and Dr. Tran. The staff is very caring and acts like you are family and they have known you your whole life! I can't say enough about Floss and how wonderful they are!

If you can have a great experience getting a tooth prepared for a crown, then I had one. Dr. Tran and his tech did a super job, the procedure was completed in a timely fashion and Dr. Tran had my gum completely numb, I had absolutely no pain during the process. He and his staff are friendly and very professional.

Highly recommend. Dr. Tran has "the best and well educated professional team in his practice". Hygienist Sarah cleaned my teeth she was very gentle and answered all questions concerning my oral health. I highly recommend her!
