I loved Dr Shaw and the staff at Smile4Ever. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist was careful and gentle with my X-rays, and setting everything up before Dentist coming to serve me. Dr. Shaw was informative and communicated with me as she was working in my mouth. I have found my new family dentist!

I’m very satisfied with their service. Cleaning was quick and painless. They did a detailed exam of my mouth and gave me several tips to improve my gum’s health, because I was not able to do any advanced treatment at the moment. Currently they have some discounts, free exam and x-ray for new patients.

It is always a wonderful experience when I visit Floss Dental at the Westheimer location! Receptionists are friendly and welcoming; office is very clean; entire staff is professional and courteous. Going to the dentist can be nerve wracking, but Floss makes it much more palatable.

They got me so worked up about getting my implant. I can't wait. I'm excited. Now I will be able to eat on my left side without any problems. It's been a long process for me with getting braces and now completely my implant. I'm going to be all smiles.

We found Floss West Oaks not knowing how the service was going to be for past experiences, and we are amazed of the quality of service they offer. From the beginning Leticia made us feel comfortable, Dr Nguyen and all personnel are the best we have seen in this field. We could not be happier we found you. I am not longer terrified of the dentist office.

Very unprofessional and rude Staff…. Don’t value customers time and never follow up for treatments. Mostly trainee’s working and don’t know what they are doing.
