Floyd's 99 Barbershop, Coppell TX

I've gone to this Floyd's for a few years now and can't say I've ever had a bad experience. The staff has always been very friendly and the cuts have always been good.

I take my teenage son here. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly and no complaints about the services received!

No doubt a great place to go get a haircut. I Had Dulce, she went above and beyond to get me the cut I wanted. She was accommodating, very knowledgeable and knows how to hold a great conversation. I Would of course recommend her as well as any of the other stylist. I’m sure they are all spectacular. Very clean, very professional and a very good experience over all!

Asked for a simple fade and leave the top alone she didn’t show me my hair in the mirror at any points and then cuts most of the length off of the top I only wanted a fade overall terrible and can’t listen to simple directions

I come here on a monthly basis to get a haircut from Michelle! She does an amazing job cutting my hair and understanding what I explain to her! Very compassionate and very outgoing. The front desk staff are always articulate and maybe all the transactions super easy, Love this place!

I didn't have a appointment, they fit me right in. My first time at this shop, Austin sent me out with a solid cut. This guy was great, awesome experience. Next time I'm in DFW, I will definately come back.

Very good haircut coupled with loud punk/alternative music. If you’re into it it’s definitely gonna put you in a good mood

I usually have a good hair cut here but today I am very disappointed. She hardly spent 5 mins on my hair and the result is very frustrating. I need to find a different barber now to fix this. Not coming back here again.

Been going for a while but just had my cut and beard trim with Austin. He was awesome. Best cut and trim I've had. He will be the only one I go to in the future.

Great service and friendly employees. 1st time going there and had great hair cut for a comb-over. I will definitely be going back, prices are little steep, if your sticking with a budget. They have great hair products, pomade, shampoo/conditioner, once again prices are little steep on products.

I was charged $25 for a $10 haircut that I could have gone to a Hair Salon Take not license to use razors they don't know how to shave this should change their name to a Hair Salon instead of a Barber shop nothing to do with a Barbershop

Walk-in time is great! Stylists have to already have over 1 year experience. Been to 3 different stylists so far and all are impressive. Boy haircuts are awesome as well!

Horrible experience over priced and the person cutting wasn't a barber. Had to go to another barber shop to get it fixed. Dont waste your time or money on the so called barbershop.

I had called and scheduled an appointment with a stylist, apparently when I got there they had already taken someone in my spot and didn't even apologize or accept their mismanagement. Rather they were okay with loosing a regular customer. Unpleasant experience and they really need to work on their customer service. I am having to leave 1 star because that's the bare minimum. Or else I'd give them negative.

Had a couple of bad cuts here a long few years ago, but was in a bind and walked in. The stylist did a great job and I was assured her name and info would be kept on file for my next visit.

Guess what.no record of my last cut.and I'm not about to risk another bad visit. Sorry guys, you lost a repeat customer:/

Crista is the best! She gives my 5 year old son the best experience every time. He walks out with the best haircut! As I mom, I couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

This place is awesome. I been twice and had two different barbers, both took care of me and gave me an amazing haircut.

My daughter loves going here. She has a short cut but I got my long hair cut last time too and they did a great job. It's a good atmosphere. The staff has always been nice.
