Floyd's 99 Barbershop, Frisco TX

Floyd’s 99 is pretty great. A lot of friendly people and they listen to what you want if you tell them, which you should. I’m always very specific about what I want done and I feel like the appreciate it. I don’t always enjoy the wait, because there is one during peak hours. I try and go on Sunday when everyone is in church, or during the day during the week and usually I’m in and out in less than an hour. They do make reservations over the phone, but I’ve not tried it yet. I’ve only had a couple of cuts that I wasn’t happy about but it was honestly partly my fault for not saying something ahead of time. I really like the atmosphere of the place, it’s very rock and roll and reminds me of my room when I was growing up. I talked with one girl about aliens one day and another about dead beat exes the next so there’s a lot of fun variety for conversation.

I’m a new customer and have never been to a Floyd’s before. I called in at 5pm today (it’s a Sunday) for a 5: 30 appointment, pretty skeptical that they would be able to take me before they closed at 6, but the receptionist was super helpful and she booked me over the phone to hold my spot. Walked in at 530 and they were easily able to accommodate me.

My stylist was Brook W.and she took care of me quickly and professionally! She did a fantastic job and I will definitely be back again. I was out before 6 and it’s now 6: 07.

The Floyd's vibe is unique in the world of hair salons and services. It's one that I appreciate - heavy on music influence with a cutting edge feel. Erin earned my business after the first cut with no other instruction from me than, "Make it look cool. " She did just that and has continued to do so for months. Highly recommend - bring your love for music.

They don’t honor appointment times - really it’s walk in only here. 2: 00 appt. - 40 mins waiting before walking out

Love this place, they never fail to impress me, amazing haircuts, and Very kind staff. Very nice front desk, they always greet me nicely. Big shout out to this staff, love them and will always come here!

I come here to see Jessie, who does miracle work with my beard and my hair. Seriously guys, if you have a beard and want it done the way you want it done, call and set an appointment for Jessie!
She remembers how I like my hair cut, so there's no beating around the bush we just get to clippin' and snippin'.

All I can say is wow! This place is incredible. Love the atmosphere and the people that work there.

Place is great with music and decor to match! My stylist Jessie M.was amazing! She not only helped me determined what style works best for me given by limited input but also is a real laugh to speak to. The recommendation she gave with treating my dry scalp has served me well and without leaving my wallet empty. A true professional at her craft.

My oldest son wanted to go here. Glad we did, they did a great job on his hair and the atmosphere was awesome. We will be back again.

This place never lets me down. By far the best haircut you will get anywhere! My stylist Sharmin is always fast and precise with those scissors! She is always polite and a lot of fun! Go see her and you will not be disappointed! Keep up the great work!

This place needs some basics to organize appointments. I called in to get appointment and they said I can walk in as they are not busy. I walked in and I was asked to wait for 20 mins. Many people came in after me they had “appointments” it’s fine. But I ended waiting 1 hour 45 mins on a weekday. After asking again how long is the wait, I was said that I am next, yet again they let other two people. I left from the place for nothing and all other places closed ny this time.

I’ve been getting my haircut but Amber for over a year and could never go to anyone else. She pays attention to detail and always greets me with a smile. Her positivity is something I always look forward to, on top of a great haircut!

I love this place. I always get a great haircut from Jessie but would be comfortable with the other stylists I've met. They all seem super friendly and I've had no trouble with wait times or customer service like some reviews below state. I'll keep going to Jessie for my haircut, keep recommending her and unless something drastically changes this will be my barbershop of choice!

Great environment and staff is super nice. I recommend asking for Jordan for all your hair needs she is amazing and does wonders with any type of hair, you will not be disappointed.

A visit to Sarah R.is what you need if you need help finding and understanding your hair style. She more like a hair consultant and is down to earth.

Horrible, they call themselves a "Barbershop. But the're not Barbers just stylist. They will tell you "sorry on a barber can do that! ".

This Place is awesome. They have very nice music. Very fast service. Their Hair Stylists are pretty awesome and very nice. Everytime I get my hair cut it's very precise and exactly as I want it.

I get a Great cut Everytime I go into Floyds. I always forget to make an appointment but am still greatest with open arms and sitting in a chair before 10 mins. I have a different Barber Everytime it seems like (my fault as I never book ahead) yet we get along great and they always do a good job of my hair. Good music, good vibes and staff that know how to listen.

It's not easy finding a good hair stylist nowadays and I just got lucky with Mihan! I appreciate the time detail and skill Mihan puts in and nothing feels rushed! Besides that it's a very clean, professional atmosphere.

I am so impressed by the service I received today from Erick. I came in for a beard trim only, but he took the time to consult with me after I questioned my last haircut. He showed me that the way I asked for my hair to be cut last time (not by Floyd’s) was different than what I received. It was a HUGE difference when he was finished. Erick, see you in 2 weeks
