No bathrooms…no showers…4 porta potties for entire truck stop! Fuel desk said they have been here “About a day or so”. He said they are waiting on parts to fix plumbing? ! It will be at least Monday before they can fix them! Porta potties are full and stink to high …. OMG! When we told him potties are full and need cleaning and emptying he just shrugged his shoulders…

The new manager Brodrick has great customer service. He greeted me walking thru the door and everyone else that walked in every time the door. Even showed me the showers and sitting area for truckers. I can say I’ve never seen a manager like him and I’ve been to many pilots and flying j stores but him and his employees have great energy. Clean restrooms and showers. That’s a 5 star ️ truck stop

They claim the app to be so good. Just don't link your card to it.they say it's safe but it's really not. 161 dollars was taken off my card and didn't receive anything no gas no nothing. Well they called help desk said it would take 15 to 20 minutes to put my money back on my card 3 hours later no money.

No restrooms or showers. Portable toilets outside. But you can still get an $18 parking spot if you want it.

Women’s bathroom toilets were really gross. Two were clogged and the third bowl was painted if you get my drift.

Only two registers open and they had long lines in the middle of the day. Understandable. But one closed without warning those that had already been waiting. So we had to get in the other line behind those that were originally in front of use along with those that were already in that line. Card readers weren’t working at pumps so maybe that was the cause?

Overly messy self serve drink area and super long of a wait line at Denny’s.

After paying for gas inside, pump didn’t turn off when the tank was full spewing gas all over the ground, our vehicle and shoes. Only gave it two stars because the First lady at the register was very kind to my Mom and kids.

The burnout running the register actually told me he shouldn't have to know what deals they offer to truckers because he's not a trucker. I don't follow the logic at all, but that's my new excuse for everything.

Friend: Are you coming over tonight?

Me: Why should I? I'm not a trucker.

Not the cleanest Flying J, but not filthy. Smaller store with solid offerings. Friendly staff gave advice on ordering hot food. Flavor shots not working in soda area, but otherwise a good experience.

We stopped to fill up at the Flying J on I-20, exit 277 gas station on March 29th, and my credit card was hacked right away. I only used it in the pump, not the store, and within minutes, there was a bogus charge for over $150. I was contacted by the card fraud department and I told them it was not my charge. Now my card is canceled and it was the first day of our vacation. And I have to get a new card. What a hassle. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION. THE CARD READER MUST BE IN THE PUMP. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND AVOID FLYING J STATIONS.

I would recommend bringing your own towels. Used towels are just being put in dryers. Sad that they can't be bothered to wash them.

I sat a half hour waiting on 9 grain and eggs Don't take that long to cook them When I asked what's taking so long? The waitress comes back, we don't have 9 grain batter, A HALF HOUR LATER They should have said something in less than 2 minutes I'm a OTR driver, DON'T have the time to waste on stupidity, because that's what it is

The managers are rude, bathroom by Dennys clean, the showers gross, had to switch 3 times to get a clean one, beware if you shower here

29jan 2023/ Dryer #7 runs but if you need to add a quarter or two for more time, the coin box won't accept same. One can see the quarter inside but it won't go down and it won't come out. I think so embody just kept jamming quarters into the slot and got the whole thing clogged.

Of course, the washer/dryers are a vendor serviced only according to the elderly underpaid employee. How convenient, make the driver put his card in for a full $2.75 where one or two quarters would have finished the dry cycle. Yet another way of the Pilot/FJ corporate power that be can fleece every last coil out of their base clientele.
