Dr. Otto is a great doctor. The office staff likes to gossip a little more than I find appropriate.

I have been a patient for several years, with great staff and great doctors. Can't say enough about this facility I highly recommended it. Dr Mark and Dr Otto are the best.

Everyone at the Family Medical Center of Georgetown works hard so that their patients get the best of care. Professional without being’s intimidating our entire family is taken care of at the FMC. We are fortunate to have doctors and medical staff that really care and want to help us stay healthy.

They are very bad at answering their phones. You'll have to call 7 to 8 times to get in touch with someone

I see Dr. Snook for my chronic migraines, and he and the staff are great! They make sure I get put in a darker exam room and take the best care of me. He always lets me know of new medications and research for migraines. I have been going to him for over 20 years. He's the BEST!

If you want help DO NOT GO HERE. No one answers their phones and when you do get ahold of them they are SO RUDE and hang up on your when they’re the ones not doing their job. I’ve called multiple days in a row and then called and left a voicemail and got a call back from a lady who was so rude and hung up on me mid sentence. I have been going to FMC for 10 years and am shocked by the way I was treated after being a customer for so long.

I’ve only been here a handful of times (if that) when I really need to see a doctor due to the VA taking forever or wanting a second opinion. Every time I’ve been here it’s been a fantastic experience with doctors or NPs who seem to really care and want to help solve any issues I’m having. I truly appreciate the time and care I’ve received each time and will continue to come here as needed due to feeling truly valued and cared for. Thank you FMC Georgetown!

Dr. Richard E. Otto, Dr. Snook and the whole staff at the Family Medical Center in Georgetown, TX is just amazing. They are caring and make you feel like family. They are absolutely incredible and I love the care you receive here from the whole staff.
