Focused Care at Linden

Wednesday 06/14/23 - I was at Focused Care and there was a Tornado Warning. I got to see this amazing staff of people rushing from room to room wheeling beds and chairs down the hallway to the designated storm shelter area of the facility. The staff was quick, well coordinated and worked well under pressure. They made sure not one person got left behind and got everyone to the safe area in a timely manner. If I have a family member needing to go to a nursing home, I'll be definitely considering Focused Care at Linden.

Exceptional building and staff. I work for Hospice Plus in Mount Pleasant and we admitted a shared patient with this facility. On entering, the grounds and facility are nice, clean and well maintained. Every staff member I interacted with, including the floor tech, central supply person, CNAs, Nurses and administration were all fantastic. Employees were smiling and pleasant, patients appeared clean and smiling as well. I overheard 2 patients complimenting the food. I am very impressed with this entire facility.

Great facility with very caring staff! Residents are always smiling and happy! The activity director Terry keeps them well engaged and entertained.

I have been with focus care going on 5 yrs. I have the best supervisor. We also have the best social worker and director of nurses I love wrking with all of them. I ALSO LOVE MY RESDIENTS

Excellent facility. The staff are awesome. Shout out to Terri Coe! My husband was in bad shape when he arrived at Focus Care. They have helped him so much, its incredible. 5 stars all the way. They care so much about the residents. They treat them like family. Could not be happier.

Even though I work here I have had a lot of family members come in for short term and some long term never one time did I ever hear from a family member that they did not receive great care after hours and I know in my heart that when I clocked out I was leaving my loved one in the best of hands and that's a great feeling to have.

I work with an agency and I work at linden sometimes. I absolutely love working with this facility. They treat the residents like family and I can just feel the love in the building from the whole staff. I would recommend this facility for my family members and for anyone. I’ve been a CNA for 16 years and this is one of my favorite places to be. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some amazing residents and staff.

My brother and I travelled from Pennsylvania to visit our aunt for a week and to become acquainted with the facility. The staff is excellent and went above and beyond to help us adjust and to make us feel welcome every visit. Ronna and Christine run an excellent program. The physical therapists Kim and Kita are outstanding. We were welcomed by Day Lynn with her delightful smile and warmth. Teretha and Philana, Montoya, and Ravon were knowledgeable and provided us with answers and kindness. Thank you all for your ability to put our minds at ease knowing that from so far away, she was receiving top-notch care.
