The food was amazing! The customer service was OUTSTANDING! I was digg'n the atmosphere. I can't wait to go back.

Go anywhere else. Been going here for over 10 years after the OU Texas game. Worst service experience ever. Waited for 20 minutes for my reservation. Not the worst thing it’s Saturday night. We were seated, went through the buffet and had no water. We asked for water SIX times. Finally found a manager after 25 minutes to just get water. Wine was ordered when were seated. Almost an hour before the wine came after multiple requests. We were almost done. Asked for the manager again. That took 15 minutes. He said they had overbooked. Not my problem. Plenty of great steak places in metro Dallas. Avoid this place if you expect decent service.

Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! Would recommend the creme brulee as well. The shrimp cocktail was really good but not really worth $22 for 8 shrimp.

So I went here for my birthday with a couple of friends. Placed was packed, but we made a reservation. We got seated within 5 minutes of being there. They explained to us how the system worked to eat here, and got me with their Brazilian lemonade. It tastes like fresh limeade from Mexico. All the food was delicious except for the lamb chop, it tasted like liver, which I hate. Putting lime over it fixed it, and made it palatable. The fresh market bar was amazing, nothing looked or tasted bad. I only had one issue, for multiple times the waitress was walking by she kept refilling other items except my empty water. Eventually she filled my water. One of the people in my party had an issue where only he could not eat red meat for religious reasons, which they said it would be fine as there was chicken so he got the full experience. They had to ask for chicken as chicken hadn’t made it to our side for over 20 minutes while the rest of us were eating our food. The chicken was amazing though. They were very attentive to our needs.

Came for a birthday party and Jagger didn’t leave our table or plates empty for a second. It was my first time here and will be coming back!

Always a great experience. Jagger is an excellent waiter. He kept a clean plate in front of me and my drink was never empty.

The food here is so amazing! Service is top-notch and everything was served so quickly. Love it and always do when I come.

My husband and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary at Fogo. We enjoyed their brunch option since we chose any early time to eat there. Staff and food was amazing. They were extremely attentive. Cassidy was our main attendant and she was great. Would highly recommend this place and ask for Cassidy.

So delicious! The staff, especially Jagger, were so attentive and helpful. Always a wonderful meal and experience!

My wife & I attended Fogo de Chao today for brunch food was great as usual service started off a little rocky but thanks to Jagger that turned around extremely fast, he corrected the mistakes that our first server made, & then took over without missing a beat, once he stepped in we had absolutely no more complaints, he made sure that we were happy & well attended to.

Just need to share my appreciation to Jagger and Julie at Foco de Chao in Addison Tx! What an amazing experience they provided. This was my first time taking the wife and daughter to enjoy a steak dinner after a long business trip. You guys are the best which was an added bonus to the delicious meal. Thank you again and please let them know my appreciation! We will be back!
