Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, Houston TX

Terrible experience! As a Brazilian I would say it is the worst “brazilian” restaurant I have ever been. The taste is not good. They won’t bring meat to our table we had to ask three times to get some meat. Never coming back again. Farofa tastes awful Texas de Brazil is a WAY better and cheaper

My husband and I had such an amazing experience here last night! We felt so cared about and taken care of and we were so impressed by the outstanding service we got. Ivona wasn’t even our waitress and she was caring about us as if we were her own table. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us some bread to take home! She seriously was such a nice lady and she really had such a kind and genuine personality. She should really get promoted! We didn’t have to ask for anything the whole time we were there and this dining experience just stood out to us more than any of the others we have had at Fogo in the past! We love this restaurant and we just appreciate the high quality service you guys train your staff to provide! We will be back for sure!

Had a reservation for a party of four at 7: 00 PM, and had a good time during our meal. Our server was pleasant, and the food was delicious. But I feel the need to publicly share the experience that followed and reasoning for the one star. After paying for our meal a waitress that was not serving our table interrupted our conversation to loudly ask why were still there and when we were leaving. I have experience in the restaurant industry as both a server and in management, and I fully understand that if it is a busy dinner night you do want to keep things moving in your section to help the flow of the entire business. However this was not even ten minutes past an hour of us being seated, and the restaurant was at maybe half capacity. There was no reason for this staff member to insert herself into the situation, especially in such a rude manner. I have been to several Fogo de Chão locations, and have always recommended them to family and colleagues. But I will not be returning to this location, one person can truly make or break an entire dinner experience and I hope management takes note.

Great waiter's and great food. My water and lemonade were never empty. All around great establishment.

The food and meats kept coming. My drink was never empty. Amazing service, especially from Carlos and Joel!

This place was amazing! The service and food was amazing and worth every penny! The manager Laura was making her rounds, we let her know it was our first time and our anniversary. She gave us a complementary desert! The environment was fancy but not too fancy. Very inviting atmosphere! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I went to Fogo de Chao Houston off Westheimer tonight to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a great experience.

Our waiter, Danna, did a fantastic job and was very attentive. She was friendly and was on top of our needs the whole time.

Freddy also made our experience that much better with providing our requested meats in a quick manner. He paid close attention to the way we requested our meats to be cooked and provided every meat with perfection.

The manager- Shibby was very attentive and worked to ensure that we were taken care of and had what we needed when we needed it. He was a pleasure to talk to.

All of the staff was very nice. However these three individuals made our experience that much better and we felt very welcomed. Thank you to them for making our wedding anniversary celebration a night to remember.

I felt like i was home very friendly and hard working staff food is ridiculously good wine is awesome and pricing is fair.ohh and i almost forgot the "LAMB" is a must try.your welcome.

Celebrated my lady’s birthday here last night. An overall excellent experience. We had a 6: 15 reservation and it was pretty busy so we still had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, so we enjoyed a caparinha at the bar until we were seated. The meats are top notch and you can’t beat all you can eat for the price! The salad bar never disappoints and they even had a complimentary dessert for the birthday girl. I’ll definitely be back to celebrate more milestones at this wonderful establishment.

Absolutely a very good restaurant. I celebrated my birthday with friends food was delicious. The atmosphere is very clean with welcoming everyone food excellent not a meat eater but fish is extra but worth it. Perfection will visit again a bit pricey.

Had a great time! Food is so good! And they did an awesome job in light of the current world situation. Our waiters and waitresses were so attentive and helpful. This is my go to Brazilian steak house.

This steakhouse belonged to Brazilians, and it was once great, today it is no longer, unfortunately! Well.for the taste of my friends, my family and myself! Even before this terrible pandemic Covid-19, terrible snowfall, hurricanes!
Not only for the food, but the quality of the service too, it was very bad!
It's sad, because this steakhouse for years, has always been a great reference! Not only in chain stores here in the USA, but in Brazil, headquarters! I tried to return on two more occasions with friends and family, it was not a good time!
Sadly, I can only keep the excellent moments we had in this restaurant, and I hope that the current owners will fix everything, or have already fixed it!
I currently prefer and am a client of another real Brazilian steakhouse!
