Jessica did an amazing job! I have curly hair and I highly recommend Jessica for a curly cut. She took her time and made sure that I left with my curls looking flawless.

I have been going to this spa for quite a while now. I loved the convenience to my home and the attention my manicurist gave me. However, over the last several months as I have witnessed the number of manicurist decrease with no intention to replace, I knew something was not right. Having to make standing appointments through the holidays because there are only two remaining should have been the red flag. Today I arrived for my appointment that I delayed a trip for. I was told my manicurist had resigned. I was not contacted of the change although they stated they contacted all guests. Obviously not the case because from my perspective, I WAS one of their guests. They offered to reschedule me for Wednesday with the one remaining sweet lady who I love. However with what I have seen, I’m skeptical how long she will stay. Extremely irritated and disappointed. Not sure if management needs to revisit their customer service protocol but something is definitely wrong.
I know losing one customer is not much to establishments such as this, but nope, I will not be returning.

I was hesitant about getting my hair done since it is thick and curly. I was then recommended Shelby, who saw down with me before doing my hair took the time to talk about what exactly I wanted and worked with me on what was best for my hair. When I tell you she did an amazing job, that would be an understatement! My hair feels softer than if did before it had anything done to it, my highlights are done beautifully, and Shelby really took her time to make sure it was done just how I wanted it. I would recommend this place to whom ever is scared of change, trust the stylist go with Shelby!

Loved every minute of the experience here. Staff were very professional, as soon as I entered I was taken upstairs offered water and given a locker to put my belongings in. I was given slippers and a robe to change into and not even 5 min, Lilly my masseuse was ready for me. I went for the chakra massage. Lilly did an amazing job making me feel so relaxed and the perfect pressure during the massage. I will definitely go back soon. Great experience! Thanks to my son for gifting me this for Mother’s Day!

Mandi took such great care of me. I have fine/curly hair and a lot of it. I wanted to go back to blonde from brunette. She took time to consult with me on what I was looking for, curated products for my hair type and gave me the perfect cut and style. I’m picky about who I trust with my hair and she made me feel really comfortable. I can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been seeing Mandi here for my color for the last 6 years. She is fantastic. She saved my fine/thin hair. Her advice was amazing. The salon is friendly and cozy, and there’s nothing like a glass of wine while your color is sitting.

Mandi is an AMAZING master stylist. I have k-tip extensions and they look so natural. People that haven’t seen me in a while always compliment my hair growth and I tell them it’s extensions. She will ask you questions to help understand your personality and needs. Ask what brought you in, if you have any photos for reference, and the overall goal you want to achieve. She will recap what you said, provide her feedback and recommendations, the color that compliments your skin tone, and overall spends the time to ensure you’re happy with the result. She’s a rockstar and I constantly get compliments on my hair. Don’t hesitate and book your appointment with Mandi.

Lily is a fantastic masseuse and truly adapts the experience to your preferences and needs. I can’t wait for my next session. I feel so relaxed!

I switched Salons in Jan 2023 looking for a top tier stylist. When I called the friendly staff recommended Mandy. Over a FREE glass of champagne we discussed my hair needs. Mandy asked about my lifestyle gave me her recommendations. A week later I came back and after base color, highlights and cut I left feeling like a movie star Highly recommend Folawns and hair is truly Mandy’s superpower

Well I don't go here but my wife does and she loves it. Only salon she will goto. We plan to get some sort of couples massage here in the future.

Mandi has been cutting my hair for years and it has always been great. My hair has a lot going on and she takes the time to make sure that it comes out great.

Mandi at Folawn’s I’d amazing. I have curly medium length hair and some stylists don’t do a good job with curly hair bcs figure the curls hide problems. Not true! Mandi gave me a great cut so now it has a fantastic shape.and she’s going to fix the unfortunate color I had from the other place. Mandy took the time to explain what she thought I needed done and gave me a great experience!

Norma is my stylist and she is wonderful at my color and cuts! My only complaint is that this salon does not give you points for your Aveda Pure Privilege.

Highly recommend Diana for Botox! She was so kind and warm and made the whole experience perfect. I’ll definitely be back to see her!

TJ did an amazing job with my haircut, she gave me awesome layers and texture. She also gave me the perfect tone of copper I was hoping for. Can’t wait to see her again!

Staff was awesome, but the chemical peel I had done didn't even give me any peeling or redness. Given the price, I expected some kind of difference. I don't think I will be back.

Shelby was just who I needed to see. My haircut turned out just right. It was a very comforting experience. This is a great establishment.

TJ was SUPERB! She was sweet, informative, thorough. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent! She started with a consultation, gave me her expert recommendation then gave me a shampoo with a hand massage and eye mask! So relaxing. My haircut at the end was perfect!
