F&A did me right again! Sean OMera is a great medical professional and he is the one to get. Only thing, suggest the office manager contact The CCS rep at VA on westside to confirm what is required for VA to action referres as VA was missing some paperwork

My feet and shins would burn and ache anytime I would walk or run, to me that was normal. However as I got older the symptoms became worse and I needed to seek professional help. I was having issues finding a doctor that would give me straight advice and a plan for addressing my feet.
The staff at Foot and Ankle Partners of El Paso were very helpful, knowledgeable and straight forward, as well as being efficient and professional. The staff gave me very clear options for recovering, they explained all of my options and made the best options clear.
My experience working with the Foot and Ankle Partners of El Paso was life changing and I cannot recommend these fine folks enough for the services they offer.

Had a great experience with all the staff and Doctor Omeara. I took my mom in for foot pain and they took care of us with importance and kindness. Great treatment from the patient onboard to the procedure. Highly recommend for anyone experiencing any type of foot problems.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Loved Dr Sapien-he fixed my toe and it’s very happy now. I highly recommend the office on Remcon where I always went. Thank you all!

I had a great experience here. Dr. Sapien came up with the perfect treatment plan to treat my extremely painful plantar fasciitis. My pain is completely gone and I’m able to run and do activities again. Before my treatment I couldn’t even tolerate standing. The office staff and medical assistants are professional and kind. I was in and out of my appointments also. I highly recommend them.

The doctor seems great but the office staff does not have any management there for no accountability. They said they sent my son’s authorization to my insurance then they said they have to wait to send it until the Doctor finishes his notes and closes out the chart. Mari lied and said she called me today but there’s no phone records or voicemails. I also asked for prof of the authorization being sent but they said they couldn’t provide that. My insurance said they NEVER recipients it. There was an automated response to my reviews but again no accountability and it’s only to the same number they never answer to. I had to pay out of pocket so I don’t have to wait. My son got fitted but now they say the implants will take about 6 weeks to arrive. They don’t care since it’s not their child in pain.
There will be a response to this below but no one will bother reaching out to me to resolve this matter. Completely unprofessional medical staff. Negative 5 stars.

My experience was better than I expected, a bit of a wait but when you are patient you will know why HAPPY HOLIDAYS. HO, HO. JO

They gave me an appointment for a follow-up, but I was not attended. I complied with going to my appointment and they did not want to give me a justification for returning my daughter from school. Ahh but if they are going to charge the insurance for seeing I had an appointment even though I was not attended.

I would highly recommend Dr O'Meara to anyone. He is am amazing doctor with the absolute best bedside manner. His entire staff at his Westside location is equally amazing and accommodating. I have never had a negative experience. I have been a patient of his since 2018. He has done three surgeries and is amazing. If you're in need of an amazing foot and ankle specialist, Dr. O'Meara is a must have!

Everyone at the office was great and friendly. Dr O'meara was excellent, knowledgeable and very professional. He performed a surgery on my foot and it relieved the intense pain that i was suffering from for a long time. 100 % I have and Definitely would recommend it to other people whom are suffering with foot pain
