They don't pick up the phone and the VA has tried contacting them on December 18th for a prescription and they never responded to the VA or called back. Then they pushed back the surgery I'm supposed to have and my dad is coming from Florida now I have to change plans with him

I was seen and treated at foot and ankle Partners on 12/12/2023. I am completely satisfied with Dr. Rosado and her staff. Very professional from the time you enter to the time you leave. I highly recommend Dr Rosado and her clinic to anyone with foot or ankle problems. She is a great doctor that cares for her patients and aside from providing medical services she is also human and treats you with a touch of caring for you as an individual person. I am totally satisfied with her service and treatment I have received from her.

Went for an Ingrown toe nail and I had a great experience. Almost no pain during the procedure. Fairly quick process from beginning to end. I had absolutely no pain after the numbing went away.

Really bad customer service. They won't answer the app and to talk over the phone with someone is really hard. Sometimes that I was able to talk to someone took me 45 min. Also one day I had an appointment and they cancel the same day of the appointment in fact I was already on the way. They gave me another appointment 2 weeks from the original appointment. And that appointment was to take my boot off. Sandra told me that she was going to ask the doctor if I could take my boot off, but never received an answer. Then next appointment my doctor wasn't there so another doc saw me and I didn't see the doctor that did the surgery that was 1 month and a half without Dr. Rosado to check me. I had questions for Dr. Rosado and the other doctor wasn't able to answer since he didn't do the surgery. Also the paperwork work that I need for my work didn't have the So if you work, are a busy person or you like good customer service I don't recommen foot and ankle. Also I another appointment I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the doctor to get to the office. They also where late with my work paperwork for FMLA even that I pay 25 DLLs for each paperwork they they filledI and I asked since they were late with the paperwork if I have to restart the FMLA if it was going to be free of charge for the remake and Sandra told me that they where going to charge me agagin. I am very pleased with my bimonthly diabetic checkup. Staff is very friendly and do great work. Dr. O'Meara is an excellent podiatrist, very sociable and friendly.

Y’all need to offer paper as an option to fill out at intake and for referrals because military/VA request paper copies due to how long it takes and in case something happens to it the patient has their own hard copy. The front desk lady did not seem like she really enjoyed her job and couldn’t really answer many questions or help with questions about how to fill out sections of the intake form or when it did not allow more than one answer to a section. Electronic is great… but it has its place and some need paper because it is easier for the patient. I also had a 9: 30 appointment and was not seen for an hour and 40 minutes, which is ridiculous. Don’t call the place to ask a question either because no one answers the phone.

This was my first visit to Foot & Ankle & I rate it a 10+.
I was checked in promptly by friendly staff, waited a few minutes before being called.
The MA's that assisted in my care were professional, courteous, caring & efficient.
Dr. O'meara is a kind young man that explained my foot condition & options thoroughly and with vocabulary that I could understand.
I am very happy because next day after one treatment & brace, my ankle is pain free, not swollen & more stable.
