7 The shoes are never there. And some not all of the employees seem angry to have to work.
Me and my family, just left and walked out.
I've never been to any shoe store that tells you, to try on the display. Not the one he just went and got from the back, the display.
Then smacks his lips as I tell him we wanted to try the shoe on my daughter. And pointed to the display and says, that her size right there.
So grabbed my family and walked out, didn't even want to ask about the other 2 pair.

The worst customer service EVER! The manager had t Bad attitude he had a frown on his face and he was angry for no reason at all I have my shoes they were behind the counter I was next in line and I was trying to figure out why was he upset and he starts talking crazy telling me I don’t have to serve you This is terrible in our black communities this is what we have to deal with
Worst store in Dallas area, I’ve been there a couple times to pick up some shoes I won on online raffle and every single time I’ve been treated terribly, the manager is very rude and disrespectful.
Terrible manager he’s very rude and disrespectful he asked me if my ID was really mine which is very offensive and disrespectful question. This guy has no right to offend customers like that!
Great customer service! Although the shoes I was looking for (Tropical 6 rings Jordan, size 10) was out of stock. The gentle called the Ledbetter location and confirmed it was in stock. As a previous retail employee and supervisor of customer service, I greatly appreciated the simple effort!
Get the building up to the sky scraper and when you got the sky scraper send it out to the mirror mail bag and then put it on the five star rating just to see the next jacket on easy street with the industry come to Versace then we can go to the party in the street and they will make them move up to the next
