Foot Locker was Foot Locker. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was not too much to say it was a shoe store. Love Foot Locker always.

Horrible customer service i was there waiting for like 30 mins for my baby right size shoe one of the workers was ignoring me I would love to speak to one of the supervisors about my experience?

No options at all. Very low options available. Not one staff member stopped to ask if we needed help.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a pair of Nike’s and the cashier was extremely rude. Her attitude was extremely nasty for no reason. I returned those shoes right on the spot and made her give me my money back in my hand.

I was looking for shoes for my son and I walked in lady didn't even asked me if I needed help and she was really rude

Bad service. Horrible attention. Its like you are a nuisance to be a customer. Walked out tired of feeling like a bother when all I needed was running shoes.

The worker so rude two of them but the black lady is super rude she even bet with her coworker man to me that m not buying anything because she look down on me from outside that I don’t have money to buy, I heard everything they talked but I don’t want to have problems they even not friendly to me when m end up buying shoe the worker man say {u lost to that lady }
I wish I can tell this to the owner of the store that theirs workers super rude to costumer. The owner must fired them or your shop gonna close soon because of them!

Wanted to share something rare in companies. Especially around this time. I came to footlocker right before they opened. I needed some shoes for walking and exercise. This is my very first pair of tennis. I was lost on what kind to purchase. I recently have been diagnosed with a back condition and needed shoes also. I had came two days ago alone and bought the wrong ones listening to my daughters.lol. Anyway, I traded them and didn't know what kind to get. These two lovely ladies, (MiMi and I didn't get the other lady name that worked that morning: 3/19/2021.) They went.here it is.very rare. ABOVE AND BEYOND.for me. I know they were busy, but took the time out to find me the perfect fit and the perfect color. Now, what I didn't tell them is that I have my own business and work as an administrator and I love to go in stores and see what kind of staff I like. But I always look for the ABOVE AND BEYOND STAFF. I wanted Footlocker to know that you have two at that location that should be appreciated and taken care of. Now, As Royal Blue is my fav! I casually told her that to see what she would do. She picked up on it and bought me a perfect color. I casually told the other lady that was working with her where I was having issues with the shoes. She picked up on that and even explained why and helped me pick out a pair to choose from. Awesome ladies who collaborated together! I noticed that it was getting busy and didn't want to get in the rush. So I was hoping Mimi bought me back the perfect shoe.and she did! I paid and left. Want to that these ladies for working so hard that morning! And if that other lady isn't the Manager, she should be. Qualities of Leadership and not Boss. Theres a difference!

Fast, friendly service. Purchase or not the employees were very professional and courteous. Awareness of the covid-19 occupancy limit was spot on.

If I could leave zero or negative stars i would. They debited or charged my card twice for one pair of shoes, Causing my account to go negative and incur overdraft fees. I called the next day when I saw my bank account to get it resolved and im told I just have to wait for it to be sent to corporate for them to review. They took more of my money than I authorized and im told there is nothing I can do but wait. Their mistake has cost me over $150 in overdraft fees and they wont do anything about it. No number I can call, nobody but the store manager that really doesn't seem to care for me to talk to, and god knows how long before they even try to resolve it. All a few days before Christmas. Not the first bad experience I have had at this store, but it will absolutely be the last. I should have never given this place a 2nd chance. Be very careful using any form of payment here but cash.

I love shoping at foot locker theres this guy I dont know hes name but he good with kids and fast as hes job the rest are too but that guy is a pro he needs a raise, but yeah i love shoping there the shoes are fire and good bussiness also very nice music

Safety, a key word, the staff is efficient and tells you if they have the items you need or not, good prices.
