Forest Clinica Familiar, Dallas TX

I have been taking my kids to Doctor Ledezma for the past 10 years even before that clinic, It does take long but I know that when he comes into the room he is going to take the time to take my questions and check my kids and make sure they are back to been healthy asp. My older son had issues since he was a baby went to more than 15 doctors and no one could figure out the problem, doctor Ledezma found it on the first visit he sent him for testing and sure enough his diagnosis was right. My kids love the staff Vicky is great they just love her.

One star is still too much. This place is not a clinic it is a business center. I took my little child to this place on Feb 2020. They made me wait for one hour at the front desk than they asked me to pay $79 first which I did, than I have waited in a different room for another 30 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor immediately said to by this machine for $35 for here and this other machine for $100 to take it home. So I immediately check it on the internet, the actual price of that machine was $25. Than they recommend there pharmacy when I refused, It has been one week that I am going to Walmart they says we don’t have this medication. The clinic said they send a prescription for 3 medications but the Walmart print the prescription and it is only that one type which is only carried by their pharmacy. I went back to the clinic and they still recommend their pharmacy again. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Go find somewhere better I mean a real clinic.

Charged me $25.00 just to get my x-ray results. They could have done it for free. It would have taken less than 20 minutes.

I was waiting for along time to visit the doctor then they send me to pickup medicine but after 4 hours they told me they havent recived the prccription yet. Actullay they are not 3 meters far from each other. Still I am waiting maybe 4 hours more.

I found out about this place because it was the only place that was opened on Sunday and both of my girls had the flu and high fever. The doctor is amazing! It only took one visit, and my girls got better within days. I really recommend this place.

I am still sad to gave them 1 star there was not any zero negative stars to feed them with. Death is good than going to this clinic. 20 times they will check u up but they will not gonna find ur problem. The only thing they can do to give u appointment every 2 weeks to charge ur money. They like the patients a lot with medicade.

This clinic is one of the worst one in Dallas and I hope someday at least someone stop them, they are not serious, fully careless about patiants and I do not know where I can compline that this clinic is playing with people health

Best ever doctors and staff I have ever met sine I came to the U. S. They listen to you so patiently and treat you like a family.

Waiting time will make you more sick than as you might be.
Everything is done still waiting for doctor to come see what is he going to say still waiting for what?
I'm almost to walk out and will never come back here.
Have to find another place for check ups and treatment.

Very pleasant and helpful staff especially Dr. Ledezma with his friendly attitude who provides medical care for my whole family I definitely recommend this clinic.
