My baby was there less than a month in spring 2023 before we moved her. They had high turnover. It was different people at pick up all the time. I felt like they didn't communicate well when she got sick. They would misplace bottles and lids. It was not a good experience at all. Now that we are settled at a new daycare, I am much less stressed about dropping her off.

Great management. Love the setup they have for kids and parents. From the classrooms to the playground. Great atmosphere.

I have a child in the preschool program. They have learned how to count to 10 in Spanish, potty trained and love seeing Ms. Madison every day

My wife and I are so appreciative of the love and care our toddler has received while going through the programs here. We have noticed the positive changes since the change in management and have no plans to leave!

I actually worked here and had to quit and pull my son out of their care abruptly when I saw how they handled the mistreatment of children. It was awful, especially that the children in question were not old enough to speak for themselves. I brought it up to the regional manager who said she was going to look into it and have an “round table” with the other teachers and I learned that it never happened. They truly don’t care. The director was aware and when she heard from other teachers about ongoing mistreatment, her response was “ugh AGAIN? ! ” Also, before I learned of this, my son got sick *every week! * interestingly enough, his afternoon teacher admitted after we left that she never sanitized the toys at the end of the day. When we moved to a new school, he never got sick. In the year that I was there, I witnessed a teacher feed a child spoiled milk, witnessed multiple teachers keep a special needs child confined in a high chair for long periods of time, witnessed the infant lead teacher leave the room frequently leaving the other teacher well out of ratio. I witnessed many teachers in the infant room forgetting to give babies their bottles and then writing the correct time they should have been fed on their daily sheets. I saw that the infant teachers would allow all the babies to sleep on boppies even though it is not allowed per licensing, and even after the director informed everyone that a baby at a nearby kinder are almost passed away from sleeping on a boppy- the poor baby was turning blue when his mom picked him up. I witnessed that their menu is not what they feed the children at all, they usually start whipping something up for lunch about an hour before it starts (whatever is easiest) and often times the infant teacher won’t actually give them the fruit because “then they’ll all poop. ” I would honestly avoid this place at all costs. There were 2 teachers that were accused of mistreating children (I witnessed one of them) and neither had any type of disciplinary action. Now that I am out of childcare and have used other places with my children, I am even more horrified at the care for the children at this kindercare. Please beware.

They will allow your child to be bitten and even if the child who has done the biting has had several complaints from different parents, they do not remove the child from the facility because they feel its developmental and kids don't know how to express their anger (which is true to a certain extent) if your child knows how to bite another child when they are mad or upset at 1/2 years then you have definitely taught them that! When expressing my concern when my child was bitten the instructor (Tabitha) informed me that kids are still teething at that age and may want to bite (other kids i dont think so) she also stated that they do not ask kids to leave for "accidents" in that manor if the skin wasn't broken or if the other child didn't bleed so before selecting this location teach your kids to bite. Also make sure they have an A1 immune system, my kids are sick every single week. Im working on a transfer.

I just want to personally thank Ms. Lisa for always providing excellent care towards my child and all of the other children. She has a warm spirit and my child loves her. Thank you Miss. Lisa for all your hard work. Also I would like to thank the facility in general for all that they do. It’s appreciated.

Worst experience EVER, I’ll never let my son go anywhere mother director Tabitha is located. The customer service from her was horrible. Someone needs to teach her manners and respect. A little more compassion for ALL races of kids. Signed a disappointed parent. - Lakisha Hooper,

I went here when I was a kid and made some of the best memories of my life here. They were truly my 2nd family. Ms. Jen, Amy, Winna, Loulou, were all amazing people who loved seeing us thrive.
