We were interested in the homes that are listed as rent to own, but the manager stated that they weren’t open on the weekends (but their website says otherwise) said no pets (but the website says otherwise) and when I let her know we were pre-approved for a home purchase, she got very snarky and rude. Would NOT recommend.

Edit: this review was posted in late April. It’s been four weeks and I was never able to return. Avoid this place at all costs.

Haven’t been able to live in the home I pay rent for since the first week of April. Tornado damage occurred but it absolutely does not take nearly three weeks to fix the issues at hand. Anne is 100% incompetent and should be fired. I’m living somewhere else now because I no longer feel safe living in a community run by her if this is how she responds to an emergency situation. Avoid this place like the plague. They don’t care if they force you out of your home and they do nothing to help or accommodate you.

It's a Mobile home Park. I am renting to own my home. It's a quiet park. Property Manager is nice. She don't put up with any bull. I like that. If you like to get loud and party it's not the place to live. Every one pretty much keeps to themselves. I like that too.

Just curious why a close friend of mine has been out of her home for 13 days because of a down pole and power line due to tornado damage when everyone else in her street has their power on. ALSO VERY CURIOUS as to why the park owner, Anne, told her to go to a woman’s shelter when my friend was scrambling to figure out where she and her nine month old son would end up. Or why she blocked my friends number and the number of my friends landlords EXTREMELY CURIOUS as to why when the repairs were able to be done for free by an electric company who was willing to donate the job it wasn’t used. This park and it’s staff are a joke. My friend has been living out of a gym bag, going from place to place because of Anne’s incompetence. When I begin looking for my own home I know where NOT TO look.

Typical tailor park. In need of many upgrades and repairs. I have a friend that has lived there for several years. She tells me they're changing to all rent to own which would be a nice upgrade for the community in my opinion. And I have noticed several newer looking trailers recently moved in.

I have no complaints about the community. I normally just walk around pick up trash out everyone's yard. Keep my self with headphones in. Just one my daily things since i moved here.

If your a cat lover like i am. You be in cat heaven here.
The cats help keep rats and mice away so that is a positive

would i recommend family's move in

Yes.but you need to speak to the manager.

Is there trash issue.
Yes but its very low. I would not say its bad as other community's i have seen.

Love this place. Ive been here for three years and this place has grown so much. Anne and her husband and the owner Jay have really put a lot of hard work into this place (especially Anne). There are a few Karens I'd like to get rid of (like Kristen in 102) but besides that this is a great place to live. All the people with negative reviews are the crackheads and speed freaks Anne ran off (like Kristen in 102). Thank you Anne, keep up all your hard work.

The landlord is a very vindictive person she makes up rules as she goes and.its very unprofessional by the landlord only the owners only know what she tells them and makes sure that you can't contact them.its not as homey as the owner thinks that it is.

I enjoy the people and Mrs. Ann. Everybody is friendly, and the area is kept and nice. The Sign is hard to see at night but other than that, its great.

They need a visible & lit sign that ppl can see from the street. I pass it almost every time in the night and when inviting ppl over they usually pass it as well

Dont live here but but just visiting can tell owners are not good landlords. Houses look very unkempt, hardly repaired, and areas looked junky.
