I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee this past weekend and had a great experience. Mario, Donte, and Alexander were very attentive to my questions and setting up a test drive. They already had the vehicle pulled up when I got there. Once I made the decision to buy, Kareem was extremely helpful with the financing options. From test drive to leaving with the car, I was there for maybe an hour and a half at most.

Overall I would recommend buying from here. One thing to be aware of though for all their cars, there is a required elite protection package they add that is non negotiable.

11/1 Initial Review: Disappointed to purchase a used van a couple weeks ago only to find that I’m immediately looking at a sliding door repair of over $1k because the door will not lock manually or automatically. I would have expected a significant safety issue such as this to have been addressed prior to resale.

Just purchased a 2023 Grand Cherokee L for my wife and we love it, it was a smooth transaction and good customer service, Fernando is a star salesman and Willie help out too, great job and thanks for everything.

I bought my first car here back in 2019 and i had a good experience, but this time around i had the greatest experience Mr. Sia Kamalipour was the most amazing seller, patient, caring he made sure i walked out of that place happy on top of that he was able to also get me approved for a second car for my sister no words on this review can explain how amazing he was.if you looking for cars and great customer service this dealership is the place to go to.

On December 29,2022 I went for an oil change and I was shocked with the nasty service they delivered this time, I come back because the service was exceptional and now is very disappointing. Long time to get an oil change when they publicly “express lane” this time they don’t wash my car and the worst was the technician pour oil all over my hood and they delivered the car like that. Expensive service with careless technicians…. Very disappointed and in risk of getting your car damaged by technicians undertrained or just careles, anyways, not coming back to this shop for my services.just found my cold air intake is also with oil S#$%t! That could damage my engine! I regret badly take the service in that place.
October 12,2023 I come back to give them a second chance, I’ll be honest, I’m nervous …. Again new faces and just wondering if they will do it right this time and hopefully, with no more damages, it is oil an oil change …. I will give my new review in a few minutes.

Francisco Trevino is a great service guy and he provided me great service here. I had an amazing experience getting my car serviced here. And I highly recommend everyone to get their vehicle serviced here. It is worth it!

Update: Spoke to current management seems all previous people had be terminated " clean house" is the term I would use. After speaking to Bart DeJongh, I appreciate his honesty and proof that management was listening. So, in the show of good faith I'm going to remove my previous comments about this location.
As a business owner myself you should not be crushed by negative comments after making changes and adjustments. It's not fair to the new hires nor to the learning from mistakes value, all business owners have. I will give another update after my next maintenance. Hopefully it stays 5 stars.

Please beware of this dealership. I rarely leave negative reviews but this store deserves one. I spent well over a decade working for Honda Motor company and part of my job was to train mgt and sales people with the goal to increase CSI and profitability. This store only cares about profits and don’t have a long term goal to satisfy customers and sell them vehicles for life. Look at Sewell and Park Place.they are long term thinkers. This store wants one deal and will make the process miserable. Trust me.stay away. Go to Denton CDJR.good people.

Save your self the time and dont come to this dealership, i dealt with Edu Rodriguez and the entire process at this dealership was nightmare. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

We recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer at the Forest Lane CDJR dealership. Service was excellent. John Phan worked with me to find the right vehicle, did not pressure me with sales tactics, and entertained my questions through multiple visits. Would definitely recommend coming here. Kareem Kusez was also excellent on the finance side to help close the deal and figure out the right warranty package. Great experience. 5 stars. Ask for John!

Had an issue with my 2016 promaster van. I call the service department and they told me to have it tow in. I dropped it off at 10am. Around 2 hours later they gave me an estimate to have it repaired. Around two hours later they call and said my van was on fire. Two day after that they said it was not there responsible. And gave me an estimate to get it repaired. I have called to speak with the general manager 10 times and left messages and no one will call me back. Please if you have have problems with this deler please email me. Thanks

The experience is always 10/10! You will literally be in and out. I am always on a time frame with my schedule but I don’t ever mind stopping by here for my services.
