Terrible experience, within my first two months of living here the AC gave out and it hasn’t been fixed in over 2 months, they put a temporary window unit that’s supposed to cool down a whole apartment some how, everyday it’s 87-95, there’s roaches and spiders nest in the drains, the roaches do not go away after 2 pest control visits and multiple methods of pest control. When I moved in the apartment already had old dead bugs in the light fixtures and on the floor / carpet, rusted sinks and parts, bugs nest, black dust and dirt, and there’s water damage through out the apartment and the dishwasher wasn’t even cleaned there’s old rust and grime. I was told house keeping or maintenance would come at some point but that’s been over 4 months. My garbage disposal is also rusted inside and has grime it smelled like sewage before I made attempts cleaning it, a lot just gets covered in coats of paint to make it look “ fresh “, Getting contact of the apartment management is very hard you have to consistently call and call. There’s tons of cheaper apartment with way better quality. I’m sure if it was their apartment (management) living in these conditions they would’ve had it fixed asap. Even the outside isn’t kept up with the side walks aren’t leveled so when it rains you have to go into deep water to make it to the stairs. Just overall terrible experience I wish I would’ve looked into the apartments more before moving don’t make the same mistake.

I deleted my old post because I was completely wrong! Ms.lori and Alexis are THE most amazing women ever! We had a misunderstanding at the beginning but once we got everything straighten out and we got on the same page These women are amazing and GET STUFF DONE! They have my entire respect and admiration! I’ve lived here for about 2 years and the time that these women have been here things have been getting done and getting done the right way! I love them and the way the manage things. They DEFINITELY HAVE OUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, READ ALL THE REVIEWS FIRST! ALEXIS AND HER COWORKER WILL SAY THAT THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK BUT WILL ACTUALLY NOT! THEY WILL POST THERE'S AVAILABLE UNIT BUT IT'S NOT REALLY AVAILABLE YET TILL THE NEXT A MONTH OR TWO. YOU WILL PAY THE APPLICATION FEE BUT THEY WILL NOT REALLY PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU, YOU CAN DISPUTE THE PAYMENT, IT IS CONSIDERED FRAUD!

Beware… I had to break my lease early last year because I literally couldn’t count on having water to bathe myself or my kids, cook with, wash clothes and dishes, etc. No matter how well-intended the staff may be, it just wasn’t worth it for me. I will give props to the last manager that was there when I left in October 2021, she was at least very empathetic to the situation and the company didn’t penalize me for moving out early.

Michelle was very good at getting back to me at first once I applied that was the last of it! I have never applied for a place that took WEEKS and still waiting to let me know if I was approved or not! No one ever answers the phones so in email I was told that’s the best way to reach them and I still haven’t received a response! I’m not even moved in yet and having problems with reaching anyone I just want my admin fee back and my application to be canceled this is beyond ridiculous!

Please never move here this has to be the worst place I have ever lived if it where not for covid I would have been out of here a while ago my apartment has been flooding and the front door flooding from rainfall not the whole complex just my unit and nothing has been done for over 2 years lynd is a slum Lord and please never rent from any property they own you deserve better

You can get a better place in San Antonio Housing Authority than pay 850.00 +.
1. Never answer phone.
2. Parking lot has creators to drive around.
3. Always turning off water without notiying anyone.
4. Takes a act of God to get things inside apartment repaired.

Worst management I have ever rented from. Seriously takes an act of God to get any maintenance done, since I've moved in 3 months ago, the water has been shut off 14 times and most times there's no hot water for days. Still waiting on a call back from management or hell even a reply back to my many emails, but I guess they're too busy working on maintenance issues themselves lol (seriously highly doubt it) I've been documenting everything so my lawyer can get me out of the lease, I would rather pay more rent and have a longer drive than live in this place a whole year. My poor neighbors are always sweeping water out of their apartment and it doesn't look like maintenance or management has helped them either. Please don't waste your money or time in this place, not worth it at all.

Horrible. Dont rent here. Mice. Roach infestation. Leaks. Hardly any maintnence. All Last winter I had no heat. The plumbing is horrible. The water would constantly be shut off. And the water was Ike acid in your eyes. Left me with swollen burning eyes and my neighbor aswell. Please don't throw your money away here even tho is sounds nice and the rent is cheap. The.most horrible living experience in my life!

Really bad maintenance service and the new front lady it’s really bad unresponsive to make the request service I make the request over 14 days my sink it’s full the nasty water because the garbage disposal it’s not work and the manager said it’s not importan they have more importan service to fix so my kitchen smell so bad

I have had maintenance issues, but even with short staff I was very happy with the help I recieved. During this pandemic, it's been a hard and stressful time. And I truly want to thank Melissa and Irene in the front office for helping me. I understand that they can only do so much but I feel as if they were very open and helpful. Thanks ladies.

Roach infested. Water is constantly being turned off. Had a water leak in one of my bathrooms that caused a hole in the ceiling, took maintenance 1 YEAR to fix it! Neighbors can be rude and loud, by loud I mean having pool parties at 2am on a Wednesday! Please do not move here!

Ive lived in a number of apartments here in San Antonio since moving to Texas about 4years ago but these so far are my favorite. They are clean, nice looking, well maintained apartments. Also management is very good, which is usually the biggest issue in most places. Melissa and Irene are very polite, professional, trustworthy and they get things done. Anytime I need anything done I can count on Irene getting my issues taken care of in a timely manner. She has a great customer service skills, and you can truly tell you are more then just a check every month. Both of them take a lot of pride in what they do, and you can tell by the huge improvement since they have taken over management. Which makes the experience here even better. Which is why i chose to renew my lease. I hope both of them are here for a long time to come. I would highly recommend this apartments to anyone. It isa great peaceful community at a affordable price, with a great staff as the cherry on top.

Irene and Melissa in the office are just absolutely incredible. The apartments themselves are amazing. The neighborhood is SUPER quiet. I love it here so far ️️️️

We have lived here for the past 2 years. There have been constant "emergency" issues with water leaks what require them to turn off the water for the entire community on little more than 24 hours of notice (and sometimes no notice at all). Our A/C unit does not cool to within 20 degrees of outside temp, but we get told our A/C unit (both inside and outside) are working fine. Maintenance will lie and close service requests saying they did something they did not do. We have a roof leak that was apparently fixed months ago but still leaks whenever it rains. No enforcement of community quiet time for common areas like the pool. The management and maintenance teams have rotated out so frequently, coupled with the lack of documentation, that no one knows what's going on. Our lease is almost up and we will not be renewing because of these issues. We are also seeking representation and connecting with the City of Leon Valley about the issues above.

Worst place ever. Water is always getting turned off. There is no point of having assigned parking when ppl park in your spot n management don't do anything. Work orders never get done or at least for me. Tired of trying to get at management when they never are there or just don't answer the phone. I've already seen ppl move out within a few months. Not worth staying here especially if you are trying to establish rent history.

So far great community. Neighbors are very friendly. Maintenance helped me move some of my furniture inside. Very nice men.
