3Every time I come to this store, the employees remind me every other minute how much longer until they close and at that point I don’t feel like purchasing anything. On top of that they turn the lights out to the lowest setting 30 minutes before closing ALL THE TIME. Management should educate their employees to do better!
I took my wife there and had a terrible experience. There's no customer service at all. And when you're being helped, employees don't even hide their frustration and rudeness. We were standing next to 2 employees who were engaged in a conversation waiting to be helped and they both walked away as soon as they were done as if they didn't see us. Never again spending money and time there.
DO NOT attempt to make exchanges here if purchased at another store. My girlfriend tried making an exchange and CAROL the cashier said “ we don’t exchange plus sized clothes here” I guess employees are allowed to body shame customers. I’ve worked retail and I know for a fact you could but an item at a completely different store and still return it at any store.
