Forever 21, Frisco TX

Poor customer service! The line is always long and the staffs are not familiar about their return process. They are not very helpful and seems don't care about the customer at all.

I was disappointed. I went their after a really long time, and previously they had awesome plus size outfits.
I still love their clothes and styles, but I wish they carried my size
I also feel like the store was a but messy and everything was all over the place

Higher a better class of people to work here. I was in today with my daughter and two employees were literally yelling at each other from across the store while all other employees were nice and classy. Employees like that ruin the total store experience.

Bad service! I will never go back there!
I am waiting for a call from the store manager about an incident with the cashier who did not want to exchange a torn bill for me and threw it on the table

The store is always a mess and I'm not particularly a fan of the quality of their clothes but for some reason my daughter and her entire age group are obsessed with this store.

Bought a bodysuit in-store on the 22nd of October to see the next day that they had the item listed as 40% off online. (Valid 10/21-10/24)
I went back to the store a couple days after and mentioned it to them. They refused to match the price and give me money back or store credit.
The girls there claim they don’t match online sales. This is upsetting as the sale does NOT mention it is an online ONLY thing.
Forever21 needs to be clear about online sales being online only, or the store needs to be willing to match prices. Ridiculous.

This location is good on having sales what is not good is the attitudes from some of the staff. There is room for improvement in this area.

Employees here are the most friendly. Service is definitely a 10 due to employee spends whatever time it takes to meet your needs. Awesome!

This location has the worst customer service ever! Went on a Sunday afternoon, place is packed.one young girl running the cash register with over 20+ customers in line. The other 2 young ladies, one I presume was the manager, just standing around talking. No one out on the sales floor available for assistance. Very, very poorly run!

This store was an extreme mess, I asked a sales person about an item I was looking for she stated they didn't have any and guess what as I was leaving they had a half rack of what I was looking for. Didn't bother to purchase here.

I have to say, forever21 always makes me nervous because it’s normally a massive mess and nothing organized. But! This is the first forever21 I have ever been to where I didn’t feel anxious and it was actually neat and clean! I’m very impressed! They also had nice employees. I apologize for trying on many clothes and some have to go back on the sales floor. I know that can be difficult when a store has many products. ️ Thankyou for being the best forever21 I’ve been to in a very long time.

Great to find a quick outfit, only problem is most items fit petites or short waisted. I'm 5'8" and every dress I try on the waist hits just under the breast line. Not quality pieces, but budget conscious. Never found a pair of shoes there that fit correctly or comfortably.

Larger selection but it's really overwhelming too. Staff I did see was nice. I find that it's a little over priced for what the quality is. Wish they had a basket or a shopping bag to use it's hard to shop with one handful of clothes and the other digging in a pile of clothes. I ended up going to the dressing room several times just to try on.

They have some decent options, but a lot of the clothes aren't anything really special. The racks are an absolute wreck. Clothes were all over the ground, sizes were jumbled, racks would have way too many outfits jammed in them. Very difficult and frustrating to browse through.

Clothes tossed everywhere an waited 20 in a line for one shirt. While only two people on the registered while 5 employees jist stood around an didn't help, finally one tha a man employees out tha group came to help seriously wow. Asked for my email to send me stuff. Told him, i did not wish to cause I won't b back. Cute clothes service sucked

Girls of a certain race that work here are so RUDE and MEAN. They should not be working in customer service.

Not so much of old Forever 21 anymore.worst Customer care and let's not talk about the merchandise. I can't even find my self in there. I keep going back to check them up and just to realize it was a such of time.

Not my cup of tea, nothing seems at all organized in any fashion. Looked for a little bit with my nieces before I just had to move on down the line.

This is one of my favorite stores. The clothing is amazing and the clearance section has cheap clothes. But my only concern was during my last visit the store was quite messy and disorganized.

OMG this store was a disaster! You couldn't even shop because everything was strung around the store. The shoe area was so messy you couldn't even get down the aisle.
