Forever Kids Pediatric Clinic, Canton TX

The doctor was sweet and very helpful… That being said the person who works at the desk is awful. I had appointments made that I never made and counted them as missed appointments. I told them I would be in wa as well and would have my son seen when we left so that the appointment they made without me knowing I wouldn’t have made. Because we wouldn’t be in the state. She said I canceled my care when I called back months later to make a new apt which I never did. Probably better off because anytime I tried to make an apt they said they didn’t have space. And when I told her I had an issue and would like to speak to a supervisor she said she would call me back I asked for my records and said I was leaving a review. She hung up the phone so I had to call back to request them again. I would have made an appointment with a new provider had I known they canceled my care with no warning. Again the doctor provided excellent care the staff on the other hand at the desk is just awful to work with. Even the nurse who did his shots was awesome. People at your desk are who represent you as a facility and it’s important to have friendly workers.

My son's pedestrian Lacy is the absolute best and very informative. She is super sweet to my son. I know when my daughter makes her appearance she'll be well taken care of!

I’ve been taking my son here since he was a newborn. Hurst and staff are very caring and knowledgeable with kiddos.

Everyone is so nice & the place is always clean there’s hardly a wait time some times before we can set down they already call us to the back. I recommend this dr office to anyone that has kids

I could not ask for a better place to take my kids. The staff is great and really care about their patients. Lacy is great and goes out of her way to answer questions and make sure the kids get the proper treatment

I love Lacy & all the staff! They always work with us and get us in, they will email or fax documents that you need and they treat my kids great and Lacy always recognizes us and we carry on from where we last left off! Definitely recommend!
