Forever Nails Spa, El Paso TX

Been coming here for 2 years & Angie is great but her stuff saying inappropriate hurtful things after a long day of work did not sit well with me. Extremely disappointed as I have been so used to going & the last 3 times another employee has made comments on my weight & my chest. Parting ways with this business because of that.

I used to have the same nail tech for about 10 years. During the pandemic she retired so I was lost. I tried so many places and each time I was so disappointed. I had gone to this other place before I found Forever Nails Spa, and had asked for something simple and they left my nails looking horrible and lumpy. They told me to go back and I did and they didn't even open that day, like why make an appt with me. I decided to go into Forever Nails Spa as a walk-in because it was nearby and they were open! I'm so happy I found this place. Lily was amazing. She completely reshaped them and fixed them. She was quick, polite, and her work was amazing. I'm so happy. I found my new place.

Edit: I just went back today and I had a new set with Tiffany, She's equally amazing. These ladies are artists. I'm so glad to have found this place.

This is my first time going here, I absolutely loved the environment, the people, and the service. Felt comfortable and welcomed, very clean. This will be my new spot.

Ice was AMAZING! I haven’t been to a shop since I got here (over 6 months) and she made me feel great! Comfortable and friendly! Reasonable prices, I’ll most definitely be back!

Not a happy customer. My daughter had nails done rhinestone were added when she specified no rhinestone. Her nails where not supposed to be valentines themed not pink for that matter either. My daughter did not want to be mean an tell her tech cause she felt embarrassed. Cried all the way home! First tech was frustrated cause she couldn’t do design so brought in another tech will not be returning…. Ladies please be honest if it’s something you can’t do it’s ok…. I prefer you be honest rather than you lose a customer…….

I had a gel pedicure done with Nancy today. She is very good and very careful when cutting the cuticles. The place is very clean and everyone is friendly and professional. Edna

The services were for
my 8 year old daughter. She loved the experience. She was happy, relaxed and loved het Mani and pedi. While I waited for my daughter, she let me enjoy and nice chair massage. Thank you so much, we left super happy️

I would come get my pedicures done without doing my nails. But after some months I allowed Lisa to do both my pedicure and my nails. I love that Lisa does not rush just trying to make money but rather takes her time and values her customers. She pays attention to detail and always meets the expectations. I use to suffer from ingrown nails ever since she’s done my pedicures I don’t have that problem anymore. This Place is clean and organized. If you want to avoid the wait I encourage to make an appointment. The staff is friendly and attentive. Thank you Lisa for always leaving me beautiful! ️

The nail tech Lilly was very rough and rude. She got upset because I didn’t want a manicure. She massaged my legs very rough in which bruised me. She did the parts half way like if she was rushing me to get out. While doing the wax on my eyebrows, she would roughly grab my head and push it around. If I ever go to this place, I will definitely not get her!

I have my usual nail place but there were no appointments and I needed them done bad. Decided to give this place a try since it’s close to home. Kimberly did a fantastic job! She suggested an overlay over my natural nail vs my initial dip idea, it looks great! They look so natural, feel light, she was friendly, we talked the whole time. Will definitely be back!

I love this place and the fact that I can make an appointment! Angie and the staff are fantastic with their customer service skills and are very talented at their craft. It’s so great to be able to make an appointment and walk right in. Be so blessed Forever!

Been coming to this nail spa to get pedicures and love coming here. The staff have always been very welcoming and do a good job.

I have tried other nail salons and this one is by far the BEST! Everyone is very friendly and do great nails! Today, Tiffany went above and beyond with a picture I showed her. She added her own creative touch and I absolutely love my nails! I highly recommend!

I had a really good experience. I got a full acrylic set, stiletto. I was lucky and got service quickly and my Tech was friendly. I highly enjoy this place and think this will be MY salon.

Lin was great. I plan to come back and keep her has my nail tech. She got the idea of what I wanted. My nails are amazing!

I'm from a small town in El Paso County.and have been patron to the WONDERFUL STAFF of "Forever Nails" for at least, if not more then 3 yrs.their Nail Menu has a tremendous selection. Their work/Nail Art is "Fantastic. " the young Ladies and their Wonderful hands can massage your feet to make you feel like a million Dollars. They are ALL Great. Highly recommend

My first time here while visiting El Paso. Wonderful experience! Efficient and quality service with great prices! Will be back here when El Paso again!:)
