Even after I provided the representative who took my order the WRONG information, the final outcome was perfect. The spray arrived to the correct location and on time thanks to the Forget Me Not rep’s expertise!
The arrangement was beautiful and CLASSY! Thank you, FMN for your lovely arrangement and EXCELLENT customer service.

For 12 dozen roses and green this ridiculous for 125 dollars mini vase no balloons. You guys rip of boyfriend and husbands when they can’t choose over the phone. My arrangement look horrible when I received it at home it look like if it was just dropped and put back with not caring ugly ugly

Just a Total rip off. These Flowers was a Mother’s Day gift. Yeah I was so embarrassed. The work they did should’ve been half of $80. I uploaded a pic side by side of what I received vs what I ordered. Completely waste of $80! The flowers I ordered looks NOTHING like the ones I received.
After a month waiting for them to fix the issue, at first they were going give me new flowers but then they changed it to refunding me back half of the money.
Well I’m still waiting for the “refund”.

I would highly recommend Maris Forget Me Not Flower Shop in McAllen. I live out of town. Twice I have used her to deliver flowers (get well flowers for a child in the hospital and a Sympathy Spray for a Friend who recently lost her father). Both times, Mari was really nice and accomodating over the phone. She sent me copies of my receipts via text and pictures of the completed arrangements which says alot about her integrity and trustworthiness. When one lives out of town there's a certain uneasiness about buying something "sight unseen" but Mari has erased those doubts for me. I will continue to use her for my Flower needs and highly recommend her business to others

I highly recommend Forget Me Not! Mari attended me just as she was closing. She was patient and helped me select a beautiful arrangement for the love of my life that is now with the Lord. I can not believe how anyone could complain about their exceptional service. But, you know those people that no one can please. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Mari went beyond my expectations! She made some wonderful suggestions at a time when I couldn't even think because of my pain and sorrow.

Wonderful and Courteous Staff! And THE ABSOLUTE BEST customer service of any flower shop in the Valley. Their arrangements are beautiful, reasonably priced, and they will work with you for any occasion even if it’s a bit last minute!
When other shops said “we can’t, no deliveries, no more arrangements, etc etc” Desiree and Mari said No Problem, we will make something beautiful for you and we will deliver it! They absolutely did and exceeded on their promise -“Most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever ordered”. Definitely my Flower Shop from now on! Will not order anywhere else! Thank you Desiree!

Just a wonderful experience! The flowers were beautiful, Mariela was very helpful. I explained what i wanted in my arrangements, I was memorized in the amazing job she did upon delivery. Highly recommended.
