Formal Nail, Austin TX

My first experience here and it was an amazing experience. Did an amazing job with my pedicure and manicure. Despite my technician having some where to be and being close to close she took the time to do everything perfect! She never rushed.
Facility very clean, very sanitary, so relaxing, and many choices. Was never pressured into up selling services and they took the time to explain my options and differences. Everyone was warm and welcoming.
Found my new go to place.

Tools were not sterilized! Didn’t realize until it was too late. Great cuticle work and callous removal. Trimmed the sides of my nails and made some bleed. Some of my toenails were torn.

Excellent manicure! Definitely get your money’s worth! Always nice and listens to what I want. Will be back every 2 weeks!

This place is by far the best place that I've been to yet it's small but it is a great place Lisa is an amazing and talented nail professional, she was very polite and my nails look absolutely awesome

Awesome service! Very polite! I got in the same day I called! Pedi done over a week ago.wearing flip flops every day on vacation and still looks like the day I had a pedi! Definitely going back!
