Love love love how amazing my skin feels after leaving here! The facials are amazing and are customized to my sensitive skin! They also have a boutique side to it with candles, jeans, and cute tops!

Got a facial here with Serene. She did such an amazing job! My skin was just glowing and felt so good after my visit. I will definitely continue to see her for monthly treatments!

I left this place very disappointed and upset. I miss the old managers that worked ran this place in the past. I would only visit this place when I was in town but I am no longer returning as a client. This place has gone completely in the garbage with the new management in charge. Who be-littles a client? Isn’t the customer always right? Well not in this environment. If you ever visit Waco KNOW you can find a better establishments with better “managers” running the building.

The owner is truly, amazing! She is knowledgeable and very personable. I feel beautiful after getting my treatments there. The boutique has a good selection of reasonably priced unique items.

Great local boutique for services, skincare, accessories, and more! The owner and employees are attentive, knowledgeable, and care about their customers. They are also open on Saturdays from 10-2 or by appointment, so if your weekday schedule is packed, they will make sure to fit you in. Love this place!

My mom can’t get me logged out of my google and into hers so posting as Josh haha! But- Formela is wonderful! Excellent services (love Kristen for lashes, Melissa for the spray tans etc!), fun jewelry, and so many other nice quality items, from Hanky Pankies to pretty blouses to skincare products and candles. Great place to shop local and get pretty things!
