Their sales is fantastic but the finance guy is complete fraud. All the claims made for extra warranty, maintenance plans were fake and not even valid at other dealership.

Jerry Garcia in the service department deserves some recognition for his service and attention to detail.

I scheduled an appointment to get two recalls done on my Kia Stinger, not only was I greeted professionally, I was given details on the parts, time and updates throughout the recall process.

He was detailed, assertive and knowledgeable.

I look forward to working with him on any service for my Stinger in the near future.

Definitely a 5 star recommended service department.

We purchased our Kia used from another dealer but brought it to this location to have a key fob programmed. I was told it would be $69 or so, whether they were successful or not. The first time I went it was not successful and he did not charge me the $69. He did try to sell me a key fob because he said the one I brought with me wasn't compatible. I was quoted around $300 for a fob and programming. Knowing I could get an OEM fob for $40, I told him I would bring back the correct fob and he said it would only be about $69 to program it.
I returned a few weeks later with an OEM fob. It was another failed attempt at programming. This time they informed me that I have a base model that doesn't even have the module for keyless entry.
If technician A had told me that I would not have wasted so much time and effort to get the correct fob. I sure as heck wouldn't have spent $40 on a fob, plus technician B did charge me for the attempted programming. You are a Kia service department. You tried to sell me a $300 service for my car that doesn't even have the module for it. The entire ordeal has really soured me on having any maintenance done at this location. I'm out $67 for your service charge. I've also learned where not to take my vehicle.

Kudos KIA! Had a flat tire on my 6 month old 2021 KIA Soul this morning. KIA Roadside Assistance changed it & put on "donut" tire. Called KIA Rosenberg Dealership Service Dept & Jerry said "we're busy but bring it in & we'll take care of you! " And they DID! This is our 3rd KIA & once again this is WHY we always have our cars serviced at KIA ROSENBERG!

The salesperson Luis Blanco is really very attentive, has a lot of patience and cares so that the client has the best deal and leaves happy with the negotiation. If there were more than 5 stars, he would give them to you. Thank you so much for everything!

I bought my Kia Sportage from Fort Bend Kia after Hurricane Harvey. I lived in Sugar Land at the time and now live in Pearland. I recently needed extensive work done on my Kia and looked for a dealership closer to my new home. After reviewing the reviews of other dealerships decided to trek back to the Richmond/Rosenberg area because Fort Bend Kia had superior online reviews and they did not disappoint If you own a Kia and need service, I highly recommend Fort Bend Kia and more specifically Jerry in service. He always did what he said and always followed up. The work was completed timely and I will buy my next Kia from Fort Bend Kia.

Let me start off with saying that I did not buy a car from FortBend but buying it from another dealer makes me want to give my kudos to these guys. Back in May it became a necessity for us to buy a car and I had my eyes on the new Kia Carnival. I had done extensive research and I knew wanted an SX trim in astra blue. My first call was to fortbend kia but unfortunately they didn't had one I was looking for so I had to go to another dealer and let's just say it was the wort car buying experience I ever had. Fast forward to August and the car is in high demand and very less supply. Every kia dealer is charging a markup of $8k to $10k on the carnivals above MSRP even with a 6 to 8 month wait time. I couldn't be any prouder to say that FortBend kia are still selling their cars on MSRP where they could have easily asked for a mark up. It's good to know that there are still dealers out there who are not just out to con people who are their customers. Kudos FortBend Kia on your ethical way of doing business.

This is the worst dealership we've ever dealt with. Jerry Garcia in the service station had our car for almost three weeks and when we picked it up on Friday it was COVERED in SAP. It's all over the whole, entire car. We are being quoted north of $300 by car detailing services. Rather than try to make it right- he tells us "he's not paying for us to get our car washed, " and to "take him to small claims court. " WHAT? My husband is a law firm partner- believe me, we can afford a car wash! This is the principal of the matter. The car DID NOT look like that when they received it. Stay away from this dealership!

ETA: We also have no sap trees on our property either, and the car was 1000% NOT in that condition when we dropped it off. We have been meticulous about maintaining our car to keep it in good condition. Having not even seen the car for almost 3 weeks, clearly SOMETHING happened while in your possession. The entire car, top to bottom, is coated with sap. My husband called me as soon as he left the dealership to tell me about it, because he was so shocked. His impression when he spoke to you was that you were implying that we just "needed our car washed, " which is LUDICROUS. Trust me that we can afford a car wash.and my husband is super mild-mannered and calm. So he is not the type to jump into threats of litigation.

Helen was an excellent listener and worked diligently to find the perfect Telluride for me. She kept me informed throughout the entire experience and found an even better Telluride than I had ordered. I feel safe in my new vehicle and the ride is smooth and responsive. I was extremely pleased with my recent experience at Fort Bend Kia. Javier is a fantastic salesman and really listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle. He didn't try to sell me more car than I needed either. Also, the financial department was amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Fort Bend Kia and I am a very happy customer.

This dealership is horrible when it comes to providing maintenance and customer service. I took our 2022 here to be serviced, and found out after waiting 1 hour that this dealership did not have the correct oil filter in stock. To make matters worse they didn't even make an honest effort to get the filter after wasting my morning. They told me it would take 2 weeks for them to get the part. I called Westside KIA, and they informed me that they also did not have the filter. However they called me back within 15 minutes and informed me they went ahead and ordered 5 filters and had them overnighted. When I spoke to the GSM and Owner at Fort Bend they changed their story and said they had some on the way, but could not tell me when they would arrive. KIA owners do yourself a HUGE favor, and AVOID bringing your vehicle here for service. The service manager is LAZY and the customer service here is a 0 zero out of 10!

I have been a customer here for Service for several years, even before Mr. Skinner took over.
Apparently, over the last year, there has been a change in service staff. They all seem new and unsure.
