I had an outstanding experience with Fort Brothers Garage Doors & Home Services! From the moment I reached out, their team was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The quality of work they delivered exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of garage door and home services.

They were very responsive and quick to come out. The work they did was excellent. My only complaint was that at every turn, the upsell was on high even to the point of requesting a tip at the end. I don't mind paying for good service but I have trouble being arm twisted into more work and money when I was initially told the fee and told it was a flat fee with no extras, the fee included tax. All in all I have a new garage door opener and I am very pleased with how it works.

Couple years back when I use this company, service was great. Used recently. Not so happy about the service. I had the foundation inspection to check, and there is no issue, it is all leveled. All you guys did was replaced the weather seal for the same garage door which had no issues of gaps, no need to be irritated or rude about the issue and punt it on other problems. Now I have to pay someone else to do the setting for the work you guys did. The technician who installed the door few years back was very professional and did a great job. But the technician who came this time was not the same.

I had a part go bad in my garage door motor. They were able to replace it the same day in under 30 minutes. I was extremely pleased and impressed.

I was not happy with my experience. I tried explaining what the issue with the garage was to the technician. He half listened to what I was saying and said I needed new wheels and for the machine to be reprogrammed for $400. I reluctantly agreed because I needed the garage fixed. He did the work and left a fort brothers sticker on my garage without my consent. 2 days later, the same issue was happening with the garage. I called him back and he said he could reprogram for another $200. Why would I pay again for reprograming when I did already? I said no and he looked around and noticed the sensor was out of place. The sensor being out of place is what fixed the issue. When I told him I would not be paying for a reprogram as the sensor fixed the issue, he said they will not be coming out to my home for free estimates if I do not purchase a service. This left a very bad taste in my mouth as I had already paid $400 for an unnecessary service as the issue all long was a sensor out of place.

Conner was polite and informative. He did a great job. Wasted no time, was efficient, and professional.

My garage did not lift all the way and the top of my car hit the garage door taking it offline. Fort Brothers were there within that hour and repaired my garage quickly. Thanks bunches Fort Brothers

Our garage fell off the tracks yesterday evening, and Connor was at our house by 8am and finished by 9am. They even made a couple extra modifications to make sure everything was running smoothly afterward for no extra cost. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND using these guys for any garage trouble.

Update 3/28/23: We ran into our garage door last night, causing a wheel to pop off and some wire damage. They responded via text within 5 minutes and Collin was out here the next morning getting to work. An hour later, our garage was fixed at a very reasonable and honest price. The Fort Brothers are outstanding at what they do. Very friendly as well.

Update 8/21/23: had another garage emergency over the weekend. Within a few minutes of putting in a request Saturday evening, Connor called and got an appointment set for Monday morning. Got everything taken care of was able to bundle a few items that were on their last leg to avoid future problems and costs! Very thankful
