Very knowledgeable and honest people! They will try to fix things first before they recommend replacement.

Wish that I would have came here sooner. The starter went out on my wife’s Acura. I decided to use another company because I figured I would get it back sooner. Needless to say the other company was not able to get my starter rebuilt in a timely manner and I ended up with more downtime.

I gave FW Starter a call and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. When the gentleman picked back up he got me a price for a new starter and they had it in stock as well. When I arrived to pick it up, it was the same price that he quoted me.

The woman that rang me up was jovial and lighthearted. Although it was Friday, I could tell that she is genuinely always a nice person. If you need starter or generator work done, this is the place to go. I won’t use anyone else going forward. The employees are knowledgeable and have been in this line of work for a good while. Truly an old-school shop where the employees still wear dickies and pinstripe shirts with their names embroidered on the patch. It was a pleasure doing business here.

Awesome shop. I had some mechanical work done on my 2015 Chrysler T&C, window regulator and coil and plugs. Gary (tech) was very knowledgeable and professional. Prices were very reasonable! Recommend this shop to everyone!

Absolutely the best service! This is no joke. These guys have been doing this for years. You can telll.
No fancy gimmicks, or sales pressure.

Just old fashioned good service. They fixed my Ford Econoline van. Gary knocked it out fast, he was able to quickly find the problem and solve it.

Super knowledgeable, you can pretty much sit any starter down on their counter and they will know exactly what you need. Places like this are a dying bread.

This is an old school repair shop with very knowledgeable people.they actually repair versus replacing into problem solved.
