FORT WORTH HARLEY-DAVIDSON

I really like this HD dealership. It's large and clean and the ladies in the merch area are always beyond helpful and sweet. The salesmen up front are welcoming but never pushy. I have not brought my Street Glide in for servicing yet. So I will update this with a service note after I do that. I have no reason to doubt theit skill and customer service at this time.

Clint and Bill did an awesome job showing me and my wife around used and new bikes. The folks in accessories and parts were also extremely nice and informative. Thanks folks for a great experience!

Went to another dealer and they held me up for about a week and no commitment. Fort Worth Harley-Davidson took 4 hours and I had my Harley. That simple! Everyone from the forklift operator to the sales force on the showroom floor was super helpful and friendly. I was shown a scooter the same color and the same
year as my second Harley, this one had been well taken care of and more along the lines of one I saw as a kid, a Heritage Softail Classic. Top-Notch! Love IT!

Great customer service, a hell of a lot better than a lot of Harley Shops I've been to, especially Legacy in Midland.

High service prices with terrible customer service, that's what HD dealerships are famous for, this place is no exception.

Talk to Stache in the parts department. What he doesn't know about Harley Davidson isn't worth knowing.

Going from one side of the showroom to the other four different associates made sure I had all the assistance I wanted. The facility is first rate and there are great places to wait while getting your bike serviced.

They have complimentary coffee and cold bottles of water for a suggested donation of fifty cents.

Guy named Randall helped me by introducing me to a new extremely nice line of bikes. Honestly swayed my mind from getting another sport bike and will more than likely come back and get it when hes working!

Horrible customer care, and service, (service lead, fixed invoice numbers to justify double charges) Loaner with expired paper licence plate, from day 1 - also failed to provide adequate documentation showing loaner vehicle responsibility. Upper management ignored my requests for call backs to make compliant. Even the dealership owner Mr. Hiley - did not call back. I love my car, though and I plan on taking any future service work to Classic Buick GMC Arlington.

Awesome service, friendly staff and the best parts guy in Nothern America (Phil or 'Stache to his friends). Happy hour Friday from 4 till 6 and on Saturday 12 till 4. Don't go anywhere else

Great service, really professional place. They wouldn't take my credit card over the phone for parts because I'd never been in before. I thought that was a bit strange.

Great environment, my husband and I went in for some parts and Phillip was very helpful in getting us what we needed. We also had to have some parts ordered, he was prompt on letting us know when they were there for pickup. I highly recommend stopping by this location.

Just because they add a little square footage they still suck at customers service they sold me a bike and 3 weeks later the main barring went out they would not fix and the warranty would not fix it eather TEXAS HARLEY fixed it and then but me in a new bike that's how you stay in business so keep wasting ur money Texas harley is the best in Texas

I took the riding classes offered by their Riding Academy. The organizing service and communication with the staff HD was excellent. Amanda was always on top and explained all process. I would give them 5 star. But Riding Academy experience was not as I expected. I wish my instructor was more patient. When I complained about my experience Amanda immediately replied back that the store manager offered free riding classes. It was nice of them.

Grand opening March 15-17,2019 - Build it and they will come. Live bands, Free Beer, great music and tons of bikes. New place is ginormous and well stocked. Lots of area just to sit and talk, enjoy a nice beverage and take in the excitement and energy that is Harley-Davidson. This weekend was special due to the grand opening, but Ft. Worth Harley-Davidson is always having something going on, and now with two stages, that trend is sure to continue.
