2I was a new patient at this clinic with insurance and was charge $100.00 co-pay for the first visit which I paid. I came back for a follow up visit two weeks later Jennifer from the front desk tried to charge me another $100.00 co-pay I declined and cancelled my appointment. I called my insurance carrier and was told that my visits to my PCP were supposed to be $0.00 for the first three visits. I have not received an apology, refund, my money, or reschedule my appointment.
Arrived for my initial appointment about 5 minutes early only to find the receptionist window closed and dark. About ten minutes after my appointment time, I was given my initial paperwork, that I couldn't complete because they held on to my ID and insurance cards. I'm almost approaching 30 minutes past my appointment time, sitting in a cramped lobby that has limited seating and two TVs blaring on a separate channels. This seems more like a clinic than a traditional doctor's office.
