No customer service and the technology does not work. Most horrible store experience ever. No way to call or contact customer service or even get a receipt.

Was pre charged $25 for an item that cost $6. Waiting for the charge to post, now I’m worried it will try to charge me more

I went in here just for a water! I got charged $25 and there’s “no refunds” this place is a scam

DO NOT ENTER THIS BUSINESS! It is a total scam. I got a water and a Cliff Bar and was charged $25. There is no contact number or any way to get a receipt to dispute anything. Complete rip off. STAY AWAY! They obviously do not have this wonderful technology worked out. SCAM CENTRAL!

Absolute garbage, I bought a $3.99 magnet and was charged $27.97 for it. No receipt was given and no assistance.

I can’t believe DFW allows this shop to continue scamming people. I also had $25 taken off my debit card. I picked up an item that was less than $10.

If you're reading this review it's probably too late.
Do not enter this store! You have to swipe your credit card to enter and they claim to automatically charge you for anything you walk out with.
I didn't touch or buy anything and got charged $40 for absolutely no reason.
This place is a scam and there's no way of contacting the owner.

You get pre-charged $25 for walking in and prices are amongst the worse, even by airport standards. Will never you this option again.

Don’t go here. Receptionist yelled at me for accidentally walking into gate and stared me down for like 2 minutes. Do not know what her problem is but very rude.

I'd select zero, but one star is the minimum. Went to enter and not being familiar with this concept, we lightly nudged the gate thinking that would activate it to open. Sadly, and rather disgustingly, we got yelled at by the store employee to "stay off the gate, " followed by a 5 second side-eye glare.
Looking at other reviews, this store REALLY needs to do a better job evaluating and selecting their employees. It's clear the girl working hates people. Pathetic!

Don't enter! My husband purchased a running hat for me while I was waiting at the gate when I tried it on it didn't fit. He went back they told him NO refunds and pointed at a sign which was almost to the ceiling on the wall. The manager came out she told him that he could exchange for a size that would fit him if he would like. She told him not to pick up the one he wanted for the camera's would see him and charge him again. She picked it up handed it to him and said you can leave you will not be charged twice. Well our credit card has been charged for two hats one of which I did not get and you can not get any one on a phone. Every number I have found for this place is not valid or no one answers. I wonder why? Scam! Scam! Scam! Stay away from this store at all cost!

I’m pre-charge $75 all I got is a bottle of water it’s been pending for two days now this is such a dumb way of doing this. I wish I saw these reviews first.

The receptionist on Fri 5/26/2023 at 10: 22 local time was absolutely rude and obviously hated her job. I get it it’s an airport but get someone who isn’t an azzhole and provides minimal assistance to this store concept. Would give zero stars if able.

They charged my card after I left and I had to call my credit card company as soon as I arrived to California and ask to cancel my card!
Scammers!
Stay away from that place and buy your souvenirs in town!
