I was looking to buy a car and did! Erwin Caday did an amazing job and got me the car I wanted. He didn’t pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. He did great.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin? It was my first time at your dealership. Len took care of me and it was a fantastic experience. I didn't know what was wrong with the car, he diagnosed the problem pretty accurately. He saw that I had my work stuff with me, and set me up with a place to work on my laptop, and to top it all off - he had my car washed! (It was pretty dirty) I used to take my car to the dealership in Arlington because that is where I bought it. But now I will be taking it to Fort Worth Nissan. You guys rock! Seriously - couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks Len!

No pressure when I went in to buy my first car. They didn't try to over sell me or put me in something that I couldn't afford. My sales rep chase was knowledgeable and nice. Ray my financial aid helped me to get the best deal I could get. Will definitely go back again when I'm ready for another car.

I called in advance to see about a used car that was listed on the dealers website. I live in Dallas a little more than an hour away. I spoke with Carl he stated that the car was available. While in route a member of the sales team called to confirm an appointment. When we get there the car was sent to auction the previous night. This was a total inconvenience, waste of time, gas and daylight hours. Carl picked up on the frustration and disappeared. My mother asked to speak with the manager to inform him of the inconvenience and he began to try and sell us a lesser car. The car is till listed on the site. Only go if your open to what they want to see you or you have time to waste.

It deserves no star! I'm leasing a car that I have to bring to the service department every other week. This car is falling apart and the consumer affairs people will not buy this lemon back. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that I have to keep bring to the dealership for the next 3 years. Check the vehicle out completely before dealing with these snakes that call themselves salesman!

Had the best car buying experience here. If you need a new Nissan see Shawn McQueen. He’s a knowledgeable helpful and thoughtful young man. He will treat you right. He’s the man! DEALERSHIP RUNS OUT OF GAS! It’s true! That is what we were told last weekend. Please read as it only gets better! Or worse in our case. We went to Fort Worth Nissan looking for a new vehicle. We looked at 3 vehicles and test drove 2. The Frontier we test drove didn’t have the right “trim” package so we went inside to discuss the one we would like. We went outside to look around while the salesperson went to “bring” it around. He calls us in and says I want you to talk to the finance person. We both said we don’t want to talk to the finance person, we haven’t even test driven the truck. He said you did - it has the same engine. Anyway we sat down and she pulls out a paper with the “price” of the truck which includes a $2500 “dealer package” that they put on all their vehicles that can’t be taken off. We told her “he may as well not go get that vehicle because we are not paying X amount of dollars. She asked what it would take to get us out the door with that vehicle. We said you can start by taking X amount of dollars off. She wrote down the amount and we said “well that will at least get us to test drive it. ” Off she goes and at the same time the salesperson pulls around with the vehicle. It was a good looking Frontier! All excited we walked out and he gets out and says “oh you can’t test drive it. It doesn’t have any gas and the dealership has run out. ” What!? !? !? !? (We all know he could get some gas somewhere, we could see a gas station on the corner) So, we tell him we are going to go to lunch and discuss it. He states “oh let me go tell the finance person. ” As we were walking out he runs up and states “you can’t get that car for X dollars” We said “What do you mean? That is what she wrote down. ” He said you can’t have it for that. So we asked “then what was the whole thing with the paper? ” He states “WE WERE TESTING YOUR COMMITMENT” What? Well, we ended up buying a fully loaded Nissan Murano at a different dealership! Yes, we spent more than we had wanted to but it’s funny what a test drive will do for someone. We fell in love with it and had to have it. There is our commitment Fort Worth Nissan and the fact we are committed to never walking into your dealership ever! I also figured out why you add on the dealership package - you have to pay 3 people to give us a price on ONE vehicle!

Went in for an oil change it wasn't done also asked for a tire rotation wasn't done but I still got charged for it waited over an hr in a half for them to just charge me in not do anything. How do i know this because I marked my oil filter it's still there I marked the oil plug it's still there in my wheel lock it was never removed because I had it on me i was waiting for them to ask me for it never did just got your all done the cashier will see you smh wasted my time in money

In over 17 years of buying cars the experience at Fort Worth Nissan has been by far the best! I am from San Antonio and I went to Dallas to buy my new vehicle because Fort Worth Nissan has the best prices in Texas and the best customer service from the area. I had a very bad experience with a local dealer but as a loyal Nissan customer decided to go to Dallas and thank God I did! Jesus my sales person was top notch. His professionalism and technical knowledge of the vehicles is second to none and believe it or not, the finance manager made the process feel so smooth that I couldn’t believe it. No pressure, just the facts and the options I had. I went with the 2018 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve. Its been two month and we are all loving it! Thanks Fort Worth Nissan! You have a happy and loyal customer for years to come!

I just went in for a basic oil change and yes, it was busy. I did expect to wait a little longer because of that but not almost 3 hours long. After about an hour & a half, I search for the employee who took my car info but couldn’t find him until he walked in. Mind you, at the beginning he never gave me an estimated time of how long it would be & then after awhile I had to search for him for the estimated time. So I asked him how much longer. He told me 20 more minutes. By this time, the waiting room was becoming scarce - like maybe 4 or 5 people waiting. So, my son & sister who were with me, wait for about 40 more minutes - not 20.40. By this time, I am getting really frustrated as to why it is taking so long for a basic oil change. I get up to talk to the person behind the desk and tell her that I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours for the oil change and she says that she will go find out after she took care of a customer. I go sit back down and eventually she goes to the back to find out what’s taking so long. She comes back and tells me that they are working on it. 5 minutes later she tells me that they are going to take it through the car wash. So I wait there for another 20 minutes! Ridiculous! No one updated me on my car - I had to keep searching for employees to find out about my car. When I went to pay, I asked the same woman behind the desk why it took so long and she asked me, “Did you make an appointment? Because sometimes it will take a little longer. ” I told her, “Well, after an hour of being here, there wasn’t very many people in the waiting room so it shouldn’t have taken that long. ” She replied, “Honestly, I don’t know. You would have to talk to the technicians about that. ” REALLY? ! I came in as a paying customer only to be treated poorly. I mean, how hard is it to update someone. It’s not like I requested a full body service on my car.

Robert O’Quin was an amazing salesman. He got me everything I wanted and more and made it an enjoyable first time buying a car. He was so informative and enthusiastic about the whole process. If your looking to buy a new car I recommend him!

Nice staff. Service times border on the ridiculous. 1 visit I was there for 3 hours, and the next was almost 4 and a half hours. They were doing several things with the car, but that is still a very long wait.

When I first went in I didn't think that I was going to be able to buy a car because of my situation but boy was I wrong. From the first phone call with KC to my sales person Chris and finishing with Rebecca in finance the entire experience was phenomenal. They took the pressure out of buying a car. We laughed, we talk business, we thanked God and I went home with a brand new car. I would definitely recommend Fort Worth Nissan to anyone who wants to take the pain out of the car buying experience.

Purchased a new car for my wife here. Overall I was satisfied, I would rate them 5 stars except they we're really pushy about buying gap insurance.
