This place sucks. After move out they told us we had a balance to pay with a bunch of charges like dirty blinds and dirty stove. Thing is we deep cleaned all of those several times and left them spotless. So we asked if they could explain why those charges were there and they refused. So we asked how much we owed. They gave us a number in the $200 range. We said okay just send us an emailed or mailed bill so we know the exact amount and can make that payment. Their response was “we don’t do that. ” That made us weary of making any payments as there was no proof of how much we owed other than a phone call. So we called back when the manager was in and they gave us a different amount we owed. So of course we asked again for a bill and they still wouldn’t do it. Now we’re facing a fraudulent collections account from them for $675 which is much higher than any balance they ever gave us. These people are scammers and they will hold your credit hostage. Do not do business with them

Me and my husband were looking everywhere to find a nice affordable apartment and we drove here looked around and applied the same day within a few days we were approved and move in three days later. We absolutely love the place!

Laura and Ariane were beyond helpful during the moving in process. The monthly rent, gated community, and hospitality is hard to pass up on.

Ms. Cassandra is the person who helped me throughout the entire move-in process. Not only was she professional but she was patient with my constant questions and was always able to help me with any information I was wanting. The property is beautiful and the apartments are very spacious. 10/10 will be renewing my lease again.

Terrible experience living here
The communication from the office is subpar, I was told I could extend the lease to a certain date and it would be a certain price and when the time came around all of a sudden it’s not the price they gave me because I have to pay “month to month” rate, not only that but if I wouldn’t have checked the billing details they would’ve charged me for the full month of fees when I was only planning on staying there till the 17th of the month. They claim to be a gated community but the gates are literally open 24/7, they fix them and they “break”literally 24 hours later. There are people who literally dumpster dive in the neighborhood and are constantly driving by while people are trying to move just so they can take everything which is crazy because if the gates actually worked this wouldn’t be happening. The gym is mediocre, you’re better off going to the planet fitness next door. Apparently they had to get a security at the pool because people kept bringing more than 2 guests which breaks the 2 guest rule yet the security guard doesn’t even enforce it lol. & if you notice, all of a sudden every single day they’re getting new people leaving 5 star reviews probably an incentive to get people in the door “leave a 5 star review for a discount” because they know that the recent low rated reviews are all true! Military families stay away you’re better off somewhere else!

They made it really easy for us to move in and are very welcoming! I appreciate them very much for making this easy!

Great view and great staff that is always available to help. The neighborhood is quiet with grocery, pharmacy, and resturants within a short driving distance of the property.
