Came here after shoulder surgery. They push you to the max and its all worth it. I got back all my range of motion. Doc and his staff were amazing.

I have been attending physical therapy sessions here for a little over a month I believe, with 3 sessions a week. The staff are absolutely amazing! The assistants are kind and patient when demonstrating exercises. And Dr. Carlos himself is extremely charismatic, efficient, and dedicated. They thoroughly explain all exercises and methods to you. Although the building is small, there is a wide variety of equipment and high quality machines to use. You really feel cared for when you're here, and the staff answer all your questions no matter how silly they may seem to you. Thank you ForzaPT!

I received the best treatment and modalities by Dr. Carlos Orozco. He provides a variety of exercises and modalities according to your symptoms and medical diagnosis. The staff was very friendly and followed up with me for scheduling appointments. I highly recommend this Physical Therapy clinic. I had results and he also offers a wellness program once you are discharged from therapy. Thank you so much! I will definitely come back to this clinic if I need it in the future.

I have been receiving treatment by Dr. Orozco for the past 2 months and have to say the therapy provided is superior to other rehab services I have experienced. I am impressed with the individualized approach and am already getting positive results. Going to Forza Physiotherapy has been the best decision for me.

I had an assessment on 8/23. It cost me $155. They never called me back to schedule my appointments for physical therapy. I called their office and my insurance company several times once it seemed like it was taking too long (3-4 weeks). It turned out that they waited three weeks to submit the claim to my insurance and then didn't call me when it was approved. They then (seven weeks later) told me they were also waiting for a physican referral. I had a physician referral, but they did not ask for it and did not call me to tell me that it was taking time to get (which was unnecessary because I had one). They never initiated a call to tell me they needed something, that this was taking time, or even to tell me that I had approval and could schedule my PT appointments.

*Seven weeks later*, I made my last call to them, as I knew that my insurance approved the claim the week prior, and they did not call me to schedule my PT. Since my charge was for an assessment so he could be my PT doc, I asked to be refunded because this took way too long, they didn't communicate with me, and I honestly didn't trust this office to care at all about my pain care. The doctor said he "rendered service" and even though he owns the clinic, has no power to issue refunds. He said I didn't understand the "shades of gray" of the insurance industry and there is nothing he could do about it because of "law and policy. " He blamed my insurance company, then blamed me for not knowing that they needed my doc's referral. He came close to accusing me of lying about not receiving proactive communication from his office as well as the number of times I called, while at the same time claiming to have no information about my situation. It was very strange and shady office protocol.

For reference, I have out of state Blue Cross/Blue Shield. It has never taken me more than a week to get approval for any specialist in Texas.

Would definitely recommend Forza Physiotherapy to any of my friends and family in need of PT. Dr. Orozco and his staff have helped me through every step of the way with my upper back pain. Starting with getting my insurance approval, I was informed every step of the way and even notified anytime they followed up with my PCP's office to get the referral for PT. All the way to exercises and treatments needed to help heal my upper back pain. Dr. Orozco has many different techniques that are available to find out which one will work for you. Dr. Orozco and his staff are hands on, friendly and helpful.

The doctor and the assistants were all wonderful great helps. They guided me excellently through verbal instructions and physical examples.they helped me with the pains I had in my neck, back, and legs. I’d certainly recommend them to any and every body. Stellar people and amazing practices.

I was seen in clinic last year during COVID. I had about 2-3 months worth of visits, twice weekly. Let me tell you.they are superior to any rehabilitation center I've been to. They really take a hands on approach. I promised them a cake and due to my health, have been unable to make it for them, but it's coming! Lol

This was a great experience. I had broken my elbow and after a few visits, my doctor started raving about the progress. Dr. Carlos was professional and a pleasure.

I strongly recommend Forza Physiotherapy, Dr. Carlos and his staff are absolutely amazing they do care about you and treat you like family. Now my son is also requiring Physiotherapy because of an injury playing soccer and he is getting treated at Forza as well. Truly professionals, hands down the best Physiotherapy in San Antonio! Happy new year to the Forza Physiotherapy & Wellness Family! I took my 7 year old son to see Dr. Orozco over the holiday break to be evaluated for foot arch support and ankle strength building. Excellent decision.

They are family here. You will be made feel welcome by Valeria up front. Their state of the art facility is well equipped and most importantly, Dr. Orozco is a kind listener who is an expert in his craft. He cares about his patients and he works hard.

My son recieved an evaluation and we got some unbelievable diagnostics performed for his specific needs. He now has Foot Leveler supports that he wears every day and has already shown remarkable improvement in the couple short weeks he has been wearing them.
