The front desk team, to dental hygienist, to my dentist was so nice, professional. Didn't feel like corporate, almost like family taking care of me. No wait time and teeth feel squeaky clean. Highly recommend to be a new patient.

I didn't have any cavities, plaque, or dental work needed so easy service with no complications. Thank you team. My husband will schedule his annual dental exam with your team.

First appointment was great. I called and confirmed with the front desk that they accepted my insurance. NOW, I come to find out that the dentist was not credentialed for my insurance and they told me that the insurance wouldn't pay for the last procedure. They finally said that the Dentist was in the process of getting credentialed but did not know when it would be done. So, how can they schedule patients for procedures and not tell you that the dentist isn't listed on your insurance as a provider!

They basically lied and wasted my time to re-arrange my schedule to get the additional procedures done. I would not go to them as they are not honest.

Poor customer service. I’ve called to try and set up an appointment and they followed up by texting me… and never responded after I tried getting more help multiple attempts. I don’t they they care for new clients.

Highly recommend this place! Amazing staff and service! Cammie in particular is my favorite, we laughed my whole visit! I look forward to my dental visits.

Great place to get your zoom whitening. Cammie Guerra went above and beyond to make my teeth white, after I signed up for a waiver due to sensitivity in my gum line, she did the procedure and check on me many times while I treatment, to ensure I was comfortable. She mentioned she has 15 plus years of experience doing so and it shows. I highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly.

Always fast, friendly, clean, and professional. I dread the dentist, but my kids and I have had nothing but great experiences at Four Points.:) I highly recommend asking for Liz. She has a gentle touch and explains all that she is about to do.

I absolutely love this place! Hands down the best dental office I have been to. Dr. Janse and the staff are amazing, the office is pretty and clean. Cammie explained every step and made me feel very comfortable as I was a little nervous, but I can honestly say my teeth are beautiful after my cleaning and whitening session. I am actually looking forward to going back in the future, as I have decided to make this my new home office. I highly recommend Four Points Dental Studio because they really mean it when they say, "Compassionate, patient-centered dental care is always a top priority"

Absolutely plan to make this my new dentist! The people here actually have personalities! I don't know about y'all, but when I've gone to dentists in the past, they tend to be cordial at best. I feel like I found friends at Four Points. They made me feel welcome, went above and beyond, and overall provided one of the best experiences I've had at a dentist. The only thing I might change is their signage. They have a small hanging sign that says Four Points, but their main building sign says something else (at least at the time of this post).
