Please stop sending clients to the older gentleman who uses the booth right in front of the sink. I visited this place once last year (2022) and never went back because of how horrible my nails looked. He must have applied at least 5-7 layers of acrylic powder on each nail as he was completely zoned out the entire time. As a last resort I went back on Friday June 9th, 2023 to get a broken nail fixed because my regular nail salon was extremely busy. I was disappointed when I saw him walking up to me but I thought “how bad can he mess up ONE nail? ” Well, he managed to do just that! My other nails are neon orange, but somehow he decided pink was the new neon orange. So now here I am with 9 neon orange nails and one pink one. Please stop utilizing this man as one of your nail techs for convenience because all you’re doing is wasting your clients time and hard earned money.

Service is really bad real rude to me and my sister I would not recommend coming here. Bad bad bad service

I asked for a pedi with hot pink tips. When she put the top clear coat, there was a bubble she was gonna leave there, so i had to tell her to fix that & to paint the sides where she missed, In addition, I had to spot check my toes because the tips weren't lined throughly from end to end. Lastly, the nail polish was dripping which she didn't really fix.
She did however bring the price from $45 to $33, cus she obviously knew it was not good.

My mother's mani was kinda lame too. The nail was to thick and the paint wasnt spread evenly. Also the nail did chip on the side

Overcharge got a pedicure $73 and I still tip 10 won't b back I use to love this place but not worth that kind of money charged 20 +40+5 wow&no fake nail just a tiny bit of acrylic w/painted white tip &it still didn't =$73

Worst place ever they did my dip nails like I have never gotten them before and I will never get them done there again they said they would only fix them no way I'll ever let them touch my nails again total waste of time and money! If I could give zero stars I would!

I got a pedicure on Friday and it was poorly done. I had to tell her that she missed my cuticles. Then, she cut my ankle with the file. She was unprofessional and had an attitude. I spoke with the owner and he told me to come back Sunday to get it fixed by the Mother N Law. I go back Sunday, just for her to CUT ME ON MY OTHER ANKLE! I said, "Great, now you cut me too! " This shop clearly doesn't pay attention to their clients, or their work performance. I will DEFINITELY not be returning, especially AFTER I gave you all a chance to correct the mistakes and the unprofessionalism.

The technician was nice but the result was horrible. I asked for a design and I showed them pictures it did not look at all like what I wanted. I was too nice to say anything and that’s on me. Also she worked on the design for about an hour and when she was done I guess she was too tired to do my full service and do lotion and a massage. She just said ok we’re done. But what really upset me is that 4 days later my shellac manicure had completely started to peel off! What a freaking rip off. I am so upset because honestly it’s not cheap. Almost 55
Dollars with tip! I didn’t even get a full week.

This has been by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. This woman did not touch my toe nails until it was time to polish them which I opted out of at that time. She didn’t cut nor file them. Worst experience ever!

Do not come here! I asked for 2 pedicures to be done at the same time. He said yes they have 2 people ready. We sit down soaking our feet she starts on my husbands she still hasn’t asked which pedicure we want and I’m still waiting.
15 minutes go by I asked whose doing my feet there’s a lady across the way rushing on someone else pedicure. She said she’s doing it wait a little longer.
Long story short I’m leaving without my pedicure and lady still never asked my husband which pedicure …
Save your money and time.

The lady hurt me really badly on my foot and when I told her she spoke Chinese to the lady next to her and never apologized just gave me a dirty look. Then she did things to my feet when I didn’t even ask her too and at check out she charged me for it and when I simply said you should have to ask your customers if they want that first and the man sitting down came over and was straight rude and yelled at me and said she did inform me when all she said to me the whole time was one thing and that was what color. Never spoke another word. And my nails look horrible not to mention I could of done a way better job myself. Just a horrible experience

Tony was extremely rude to me and my boyfriend when we tried to receive a refund on these nails. Despite the result being far from what I asked for, Tony dismissed us constantly. There are much better, much cheaper places to go than this place. They made me bleed, cry, and pay $80 for this, also knowing the nails were for my 21st birthday.

I have been going to this location for a long time But I will not be returning. The store has gone down hill and it is ridiculous that the owners are the ONLY ones who can do good quality work.

I went in and got a manicure and a pedicure the pedicure was fine, but when I went to do the manicure I asked for a sunflower design showed her a picture and she said she could do it so I told her great that’s what I want. Then after she started I noticed the nails are not coffin shaped like I asked and she then asked if I wanted some shiny foil pattern instead of the flowers we agreed to! I said I wanted the flowers and she just kept saying this is pretty, and by then I already had my nails damn near done and I was already not satisfied with the shape and they had already charged me over $100 dollars for something I don’t like and I am ready to go home! I have been here before and usually like there work but after today I definitely will not be going back ever again.

Experienced the dirtiest shellac manicure here.nail tech didn’t wash hands prior to touching mine and their hands felt dirty/slimy.
Tools were pulled out of a dirty pouch that wasn’t one of those sealed slips after they’ve disinfected them.water bowl my fingers were put in was really really dirty.
They didn’t even push my cuticles back, just lightly rubbed my nail bed it seemed.just completely awful but i didn’t want to say anything.but i left that place feeling so grossed out.

This place is amazing. My nails always look amazing every time I go! My favorite is Andrew he does a great job! They are taking covid precautions as well with dividers between technicians and customers.

Seriously the best salon I have been to in SA! They are so nice and professional, they use gloves and the items are all clean and sanitized. The nail tech is amazing. I will be coming back again and again! Thank you

Fullset done by laurie she is a very nice lady looked beautiful but with in a week nails started popping off had to glue a few back on myself went back and was told by owners wife i should of came back with in three days i dont agree owner did fix them a couple where still popping off isnt the first time gave them a couple of chances and still hasnt improved wont be back very disappointed also could be cleaner.
