Be very careful with Acura salesmen. They go to a vendor and tell them a price. Another seller arrives and they are told another price. They don't try to help people, just see which person fell to make their sale.

I've been driving an Acura MDX since the early 2000's.always had a good experience with their service & with the Sales Staff when looking to trade.yesterday, Friday March 12,2023, I took my vehicle in for regular service. I'm dangerous with 1+ hours to wait & had to look at the New Vehicles. Amazing changes.long story short, I drove away in a New 2023 MDX with the Tech Package. Isaac Avila, in Sales did an extraordinary job, as did Ivan Andrade in the Finance Department. Acura's incentives help too! Paige Fox, Dealer, is "firing on all cylinders"!

Had a appointment to repair the airbags. They got it done and gave me a courtesy carwash all within 2 hours of arriving! Excellent service

Travelling from Phoenix to Austin and detected a noise as if something was dragging the pavement from the rear of the vehicle. Stopped at Fox Acura and was immediately taken care of by the service department. A quick inspection determined that a non-critical plastic component had dislodged and was dragging on the pavement. Component was removed and we were on our way in 30 minutes. Thanks to Fox and the great employees in the service department.

Couldn't return a part as they consider opening a package as "used" and breaks the return policy. Even if you never use the part or attempt to install it. Absolute dog water

Went for a second oil change at these dealer, explain to the advisor that the first time they lowered the tire pressure and left them under inflated, releasing nitro in the process, no answer and then 'but let me know when you are ready for a 250 induction service and 100 alignment', sure enough get into my car and they did it again! So all he cared was to sell, he didn't explain the bill and the wash was not good, unfortunate there is no other local Acura dealer.

Tym N. Was our vendor, he was informative, professional and straight to the point. I dont like dealerships at all, they are either very pushy, unprofessional or you dont feel comfortable having business. This wasnt the case with Fox, always felt comfortable and the deal went super smooth. Not at dealers are the same, I really liked doing business with Tym and Fox Acura
