Fox Pest Control - Lubbock

I struggled to find a pest control company as good as the one I had in Phoenix. Which, if you're in Phoenix, definitely use Jason at Pest One! Anyway, I found it, I found the one! Is definitely Fox Pest Control. Their staff are very friendly, very accommodating, and the prices are very fair. I've never had anything crawling in my house I shouldn't be there. Wonderful and highly recommend! I do prefer to keep the same technician because my dogs get to know him and he knows my yard. For that, it's LUPE TREJO!

Charlie was great. Straight forward knows what he’s talking about and show you how to prevent bugs by showing you the sources areas that you won’t think of. Thank you Charlie

Marco was so courteous and tedious! He called to see if it was alright to come early, that’s right… EARLY! I’m not used to having a service call when they are early, it’s usually when someone is running late! We were particularly considered with Springtails and Marco took the time to explain the best things to do, and added special drain gel to keep them from coming up the pipes. He was very friendly, and professional. We have signed up for recurring services. 10/10 recommend Fox Pest Control

I had a nightmare experience recently and needed an exterminator same day. Lupe was able to come by at the last minute and really took care of me. He was attentive, thorough and extremely thoughtful. He explained everything so well, and took the time to educate me on things I didn’t understand. He asked permission to enter my property and was tidy. He even helped me take out my trash when securing the back gate, which made an already stressful day much better.

Chemicals must be weak. We still have issues with bugs after coming to spray twice.

We have had several incomplete services performed.

Jerry called ahead of time and let me know everything he would be doing around my home. He is very courteous and an asset to Fox Pest Control!

I use them for an ant problem in my home. They’ve been very punctual. I still have the ants and believe they are under my home. Two treatments but still seeing the ants. I’m sure it takes some time to kill the queen. I trust them to get them killed off soon. Give them a call, their employees are very professional and kind, and knowledgeable.

Lupe came out and explained the services for pest control and his plan for the initial treatment to me home fully and effectively. He was professional and efficient in his services. He did a great job and it is much appreciated. If all technicians are like him, I will definitely be staying with Fox Pest Control for all pest control needs.

Nicest people. Tanner was super easy to talk to and very helpful in getting my account set up, and my technician, Mason, was super friendly, polite, quick, and efficient. I called in the morning and by 3: 00 pm that afternoon, I had a pest-controlled home. It felt like working with a family business rather than a big corp—genuine interactions and care with their customers.

Ryan Conn was very helpful and informative! He also was quick and instinctual about what needed to be done!
We still haven’t received traps for mice yet, he said he would make a note to get them out to assist us in that area. He also helped with an address change that will happen in the near future.

Jerry was very friendly and explained the process in full, as well as what I should expect in the future. He made sure to ask what I preferred about locking back up. Very much appreciated!

Ricky Goode was amazing! I had called because of ants in my kitchen and 1st of all, he arrived on time (pretty awesome), 2nd, he took the time to explain to me what his course of action would be and 3rd, he explained the habits of the ants so I would better understand his treatment method. He was also patient enough to answer any questions I had no matter how silly they might have sounded to him. I absolutely loved my experience!
